★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma clínica com total falta de respeito. E depois de 3 horas de espera, chega minha vez e o médico some. E as atendentes melhor nem fazer comentários. Completando: no outro dia voltei para fazer a audiometria, a fonoaudióloga chegaria às 2hs. 40 minutos se passaram e cadê??? Nada. É muita falta de respeito.
Another clinic with a total lack of respect. And after 3 hours of waiting, my turn comes and the doctor disappears. And the attendants better not even make comments. In addition, the other day I came back to do the audiometry, the speech therapist would arrive at 2 am. 40 minutes have passed and where is ??? Nothing. It's a lot of disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A última vez que eu fui, foi horrível! Eu fui somente colher o sangue e demorou 1h só para fazer a ficha médica! Depois de um tempão que a moça foi avisar que o plano não cobre todos os exames! Não gostei nada do atendimento na recepção! Outro detalhe, uma outra recepcionista que nem estava me atendendo foi super mal educada comigo!
The last time I went, it was awful! I just went to collect the blood and it took 1h just to make the medical record! After a long time the girl went to warn that the plan does not cover all exams! I didn't like the service at the reception! Another detail, another receptionist who was not even attending me was super rude to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital com atendimento razoável, enfermeiras sempre tentam contornar, mas não conseguem atingir nenhum dos horários marcados, falta coordenação de médicos, para organizar melhor esses atendimentos.
Hospital with reasonable care, nurses always try to get around, but they can't meet any of the scheduled times, lack of coordination of doctors, to better organize these appointments.
