Agradeço a todos pela atenção e paciência que tiveram comigo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero muito agradecer o atendimento da auxiliar de enfermagem Katia da ala Neonatal que cuidou de mim com carinho e empatia. Foi a única que se preocupou em saber como eu estava,a única que trocou os lençóis da minha cama que inclusive estavam sujos de sangue. Ela é humana,enxerga o próximo. Tive alta no dia 24/02/22 ,ela me atendeu o dia todo mas eu não consegui me despedir infelizmente pq ela estava muito ocupada. Muito obrigada,você sim é uma profissional de verdade!
I really want to thank the nursing assistant Katia from the Neonatal ward for caring for me with care and empathy. She was the only one who cared to know how I was, the only one who changed the sheets on my bed, which were even stained with blood. She is human, sees the next. I was discharged on 02/24/22, she attended to me all day but I couldn't say goodbye unfortunately because she was very busy. Thank you so much, you are a real professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só pra passar na recepção leva mais de 40 minutos. Atendimento sem agilidade. Triagem a enfermeira muito simpática e acolhedora. Mas a médica... Nem olha pra cara da gente direito, deduz as coisas, parece que atende a gente com nojo. Passei pela triagem com a pressão 15x11. A médica nem aferiu novamente para ver se tinha normalizado a pressão. Atende com descaso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necessário rever a questão de horários de atendimentos, pois cheguei com bastante antecedência e no entanto a cirurgia foi feito 3 horas depois do horário, e ter informação do paciente com mais clareza.
Porém com tudo, a cirurgia da minha esposa foi bem sucedida graças a Deus.
Acredito que precisa efetuar treinamentos com os funcionários e atentar as reclamações para que o convênio tenha êxito para o futuro. Obrigado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma vergonha gigantesca para um hospital de plano de saúde! Procure o atendimento do UPA antes de passar por aqui. Aqui misturam os pacientes diversos com os pacientes de COVID-19. O tempo de espera é muito alto, com apenas um consultório chamando o atendimento para síndromes gripais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse hospital particular é bem pior que o SUS, em 2016 estive aqui com meu filho que estava com muita febre e a médica disse que colocaria ele num leito pois ficaria em observação, possou duas horas e nada dele ir para o leito pois as enfermeiras faltavam que os mesmos estavam lotados.
A médica passou no corredor e viu que meu filho não estava no leito e disse ia falar com a enfermagem na mesma hora correram colocá-lo no leito, e detalhe só tinha uma criança no leito os outros todos vazios.
E hoje em 2022 infelizmente meu convênio mudou e voltou a ser desse hospital e estou a três horas esperando por uma consulta obstétrica levou duas horas só pra enfermeira chamar e o médico não tenho nem previsão.
Gestantes aqui do meu lado com dor e nada de atendimento.
Muito triste.

The doctor passed in the hallway and saw that my son was not in bed and said she was going to talk to the nurse at the same time they ran to put him in bed, and detail there was only one child in the bed, the others were all empty.
And today, in 2022, unfortunately, my insurance changed and went back to this hospital and I've been waiting three hours for an obstetric appointment, it took two hours just for the nurse to call and the doctor didn't even have a forecast.
Pregnant women here by my side in pain and no care.
Very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Meus bichos são melhores atendidos do que eu fui na maternidade… estou grávida e com COVID-19. A médica brigou comigo pois eu estava voltando no hospital. Sendo que estou com tosse falta de ar e cólica. Médica grosseira. Sem educação não foi nenhum pouco humana. Em entender minhas preocupações como mãe de primeira viagem. Brigar comigo? Ainda no final disse que outra pessoa iria me atender.
Nunca mais volto nesse hospital não indico pra ninguém!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive minha bebê na maternidade no dia 15/03/2022 às 18h57, cheguei por volta de umas 14h e fui muito bem atendida pelas enfermeiras antes do parto, tive cesárea e foi muito tranquilo, só acho que deveriam dar um suporte maior para as mães no pós parto em relação à amamentação lá mesmo na maternidade ainda internada, senti muita falta disso pois tive muita dificuldade e as enfermeiras do outro plantão ao invés de ajudar de fato só ficavam apertando meu peito de uma forma que machucava demais e não ajudava em nada a amamentação, a comida é boa também, então em relação às enfermeiras de quanso eu fui recebida lá antes do parto eu só tenho a agradecer, também agradecer a coordenadora da enfermagem que me ajudou demais durante todo o processo outro detalhe é que depois que voltei pra casa tive que ir na maternidade tirar dúvidas sobre amamentação e meu esposo foi junto pra poder segurar a bolsa da bebê e o segurança foi muito rude impedindo ele de entrar comigo e me fazendo carregar além da minha bebê a mochila dela, visto que eu não poderia segurar nada além da bebê por conta dos pontos da cirurgia, a enfermeira lá de dentro viu que eu precisava de ajuda com a bebê e solicitou a liberação do meu esposo pra poder me acompanhar. Resumindo a estrutura da maternidade é boa porém falta empatia de alguns profissionais, do contrário tem outros que são muito abençoados e fizeram a diferença para que meu parto fosse muito bom.
I had my baby in the maternity ward on 03/15/2022 at 18:57, I arrived around 14:00 and was very well attended by the nurses before delivery, I had a cesarean section and it was very quiet, I just think they should give more support to the mothers in the postpartum period in relation to breastfeeding there, even in the maternity hospital, I missed it a lot because I had a lot of difficulty and the nurses on the other shift instead of actually helping, they just kept squeezing my chest in a way that hurt a lot and didn't help at all breastfeeding, the food is good too, so in relation to the nurses from when I was received there before delivery I just have to thank, also thank the nursing coordinator who helped me a lot throughout the process another detail is that after I came back I had to go home to the maternity ward to ask questions about breastfeeding and my husband went with him to hold the baby's bag and the security guard was very rude preventing him from coming in with me and making me carry it beyond the my baby her backpack, since I couldn't hold anything but the baby because of the stitches from the surgery, the nurse inside saw that I needed help with the baby and requested my husband's release to accompany me. In short, the structure of the maternity hospital is good, but some professionals lack empathy, otherwise there are others who are very blessed and made a difference so that my delivery was very good.
