★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Excelente !! Todas as vezes em que precisei, seja em emergência ou urgência, sempre fui atendido rápido !! O ponto que deixa a desejar é a demora nos exames onde a demora é considerável ! Atendentes muito bem treinados, estacionamento amplo, só fica lotado quando tem visitas ou trocas de acompanhante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada. 3 horas para atendimento. TRÊS horas com plano de saúde, hein?! Não culpo os profissionais, pois era uma médica para atender yodo mundo. Hospital LOTADO. Poderiam trabalhar essa questão, né? Surto de covid e Influenza e sobrecarregam apenas um profissional. Acho que até na UPA seria mais rápido. Fora que poderiam melhorar e MUITO a infraestrutura do hospital, pois está velho, velho, velho.
Disappointed. 3 hours for service. THREE hours with health insurance, huh?! I don't blame the professionals, as I was a doctor to attend to the world. Hospital CROWDED. They could work on this issue, right? Outbreak of covid and Influenza and overwhelm only a professional. I think even in the UPA it would be faster. Besides, they could improve the hospital's infrastructure a LOT, because it's old, old, old.

Estou ligando para o hospital a dois dias e o sistema de atendimento automático não direciona a ligação pra lugar nenhum. Acho que este atendimento telefonico pra ruim tem melhorar muito ainda. Não funciona. Sempre a mesma mensagem que está sobrecarregado os canais de atendimento, e vc chega no hospital e não tem ninguém atendendo telefone. Falta de respeito! Isso mostra o quanto o cliente é importante para o hospital. Vou falar paciente não, porq primeiro sou cliente, e dou lucro para o hospital quando faço uso dele. Parece que a direção ou administração do hospital não tá nem aí para estes problemas, que já estam assim a bem tempo. Pra mim é um descaso total com os clientes, que fazem uso do hospital e que dão lucro para o hospital. Custava entregar um papel com as orientações sobre onde pegar o resultado do exame.

This shows how much the customer is important for the hospital. I will speak no patient first porq am customer and give profit to the hospital when I make use of it. It seems that the direction or hospital administration does not even there for these problems, which are so well estam time. For me it is a total disregard for customers who make hospital and use that profit to the hospital. It costs to deliver a paper with guidelines on where to get the test results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com familiar internado e tivemos que mobilizar pessoas de várias cidades para acompanhante, o deslocamento em si já é cansativo, o hospital disponibiliza uma cadeira de plástico para passar a noite/dia, considero desumano. No mais parabéns as enfermeiras e sugiro que revejam a questão das acomodações doa acompanhantes.
With a family member hospitalized and we had to mobilize people from several cities for a companion, the displacement itself is already tiring, the hospital provides a plastic chair to spend the night/day, I consider it inhumane. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz tomografia da pelve a moça foi buscar minha veia furou atravessou do outro lado e seguiu na diagonal rumo a carne do braço. Inexperiência total.Mandei buscar o resultado veio o laudo sem assinatura e as fotos nao vieram.
Igual Marcio cunha mesmo,desorganizado fiz mamografia no anexo 1 e deram o laudo e perderam as fotos.
Lastimável ter esse tipo de atendimento com avalição pessima.
Claro,para sair bem.na fita devem fazer avaliação do Hospital de Cubatão se tem uma coisa que paulista nao tolera e pessimo atendimento.
