★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 5 dias atrás estava internada esperando meu bebê por meio de cesária por conta da minha hipertensão, fiz a laqueadura tbm. Fui muito bem acolhida desda limpeza ao posto de enfermagem. Não tenho o que reclamar da equipe humanizada. Graças a Deus e abaixo dele a equipe deu tudo certo. Obrigada. Mais unidades de saúde desse nível em todo Brasil. Não tem gratidão maior quando estamos fragilizados e encontramos ponto de apoio. Estou super encantada ??
 5 days ago I was hospitalized expecting my baby through cesarean section because of my hypertension, I also had a tubal ligation. I was very well received from the cleaning at the nursing station. I have nothing to complain about the humanized team. Thank God and below him the team went well. Thanks. More health units of this level throughout Brazil. There is no greater gratitude when we are fragile and find support. I'm super delighted ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo não indico! O atendimento é horrível, fazem tudo de todo jeito, dão alta com a criança doente, não dão atenção, só querem saber de seu salário infelizmente! Vi muita gente reclamando do atendimento, vi muitos que dizem ser profissionais tratando mau os pacientes, e não dão atenção! Muitos se achando superior aos demais! A realidade lá é outra, falo por minha experiência e por outras pessoas que foram pra lá! Péssimo
Terrible, I don't recommend! The service is horrible, they do everything anyway, they discharge the sick child, they don't pay attention, they just want to know about their salary, unfortunately! I saw a lot of people complaining about the service, I saw many who say they are professionals treating patients badly, and they don't pay attention! Many think they are superior to others! The reality there is different, I speak from my experience and from other people who went there! Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita gente fala "parece hospital particular", não conheço um hospital particular que chegue aos pés do HEC, só fui uma vez e não pretendo voltar, mas o atendimento e os profissionais são excelentes e a estrutura não tem igual, mesmo que tenha plano de saúde dê preferencia ao HEC.
A lot of people say "it looks like a private hospital", I don't know of a private hospital that comes close to the HEC, I've only been once and I don't intend to go back, but the service and professionals are excellent and the structure has no equal, even if it has a health give preference to HEC.

Ficam jogando o paciente pras outras árias e não resolvem nada. Até vc não conseguir marca consulta.
Phone service is terrible.
They keep throwing the patient to other arias and don't solve anything. Until you can't make an appointment.
