★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes frios e insensíveis. Alguns mal educados mesmo. Pior painel de senha q conheci ... mesmo pessoas esclarecidas mostram dificuldade de manejo, imagine as com menor nível de conhecimento.
 Cold and insensitive attendants. Some even rude. Worst password panel I've ever met... even enlightened people show difficulty in handling, imagine those with a lower level of knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal não dá importância ao paciente, ignoram e ficam no celular ao invés de atender. Quando erra o bracelete de identificação do paciente trocando pelo nome de outro diz que não tem importância. Se não tem importância colocar o nome de outro paciente em você pra que coloca nome? Uma irresponsabilidade gigante, além de não explicarem o que precisa ser feito e fazer o pessoal de besta.
Staff don't give importance to the patient, ignore and stay on the cell phone instead of answering. When he misses the patient's identification bracelet, changing it to another's name, he says it doesn't matter. If it's not important to put another patient's name on you, why put a name on it? A huge irresponsibility, in addition to not explaining what needs to be done and making people stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, uma demora fora do normal, Minha esposa fez um exame mês passado, hoje já não o encontraram mais em sistema, temos que aguardar mais 24 horas após uma viagem de 190km pra fazer novamente o mesmo exame. Um sistema muito de atendimento muito lento, equipe desorganizada e sem comunicação. Não recomendo essa clínica a ninguém.
Terrible service, an unusual delay, My wife took an exam last month, today they no longer found it in the system, we have to wait another 24 hours after a 190km trip to take the same exam again. A very slow service system, disorganized staff and no communication. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Informaram que os atendimentos começavam às 7h. Marcamos uma endoscopia que foi realizada depois de 12h. Todos os pacientes reclamando e alguns passando mal pq estavam sem se alimentar a muito tempo. Além disso, estava marcado uma ultrassom com uma médica e ela simplesmente foi embora e não avisou aos pacientes. Ficamos 4h esperando. Descaso total, NOTA ZERO.
Extremely disorganized hospital!
They informed that the calls started at 7 am. We scheduled an endoscopy which was performed after 12 hours. All patients complaining and some feeling sick because they hadn't eaten for a long time. In addition, an ultrasound was scheduled with a doctor and she simply left and did not warn the patients. We waited 4 hours. Total neglect, ZERO NOTE.

Fiz um agendamento através do site e na data da consulta, após vir de outro estado, fui informado que o sistema não é válido e que apesar da plataforma de agendamento ser disponibilizada a mesma não é válida, apenas os agendamentos feitos pelo call center.
Agendei uma nova consulta com o mesmo médico, Gustavo, um dia antes da consulta fui contactado para informar que o turno da consulta seria modificado coincidindo com outra consulta já agendada em outro serviço. Fui informado que nada poderia ser feito, sem contar do péssimo atendimento fornecido, o atendente Mateus, apresenta-se de forma extremamente mal educada, grosseira e arrogante.
Espero que os profissionais da recepção e médico revejam os seus processos de trabalho, que é o pior possível. De nada adianta investirem em marketing e notas em coluna de jornal se ao chegarmos no serviço os referidos profissionais são péssimos e não respeitam os horários atrasando em mais de uma hora.
It's the worst healthcare experience I've ever had. I made an appointment through the website and on the date of the consultation, after coming from another state, I was informed that the system is not valid and that although the scheduling platform is available, it is not valid, only the appointments made by the call center.
I scheduled a new appointment with the same doctor, Gustavo, the day before the appointment I was contacted to inform that the appointment shift would be changed to coincide with another appointment already scheduled at another service. I was informed that nothing could be done, not to mention the bad service provided, the attendant Mateus, presents himself in an extremely rude, rude and arrogant way.
I hope that reception and medical professionals review their work processes, which is the worst possible. It's no use investing in marketing and newspaper column notes if when we arrive at the service these professionals are terrible and don't respect the schedules delaying by more than an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha separado um dia para realizar todos os exames que a médica pediu (hemograma, endoscopia, urina, teste de intolerância). Quando esperava para ser atendida pelos enfermeiros percebi que eles tavam passando pessoas na minha frente e fui perguntar (achei que tava demorando pq os meus eram vários) então quando finalmente fui atendida o enfermeiro achou que ia fazer apenas o acesso venoso, eu que tive que avisar dos meus exames e se eu não reclamado talvez tivesse esperando pra ser atendida até agora! Hospital muito desorganizado, não nos orientam sobre os exames. Demorei mais de 3 horas para fazer apenas uma endoscopia pois passaram 4 pessoas na minha frente.
I had set aside a day to perform all the tests the doctor asked for (blood count, endoscopy, urine, intolerance test). When I was waiting to be attended by the nurses, I realized that they were passing people in front of me and I asked (I thought it was taking a while because mine were several) so when I was finally attended to, the nurse thought he was going to do only the venous access, I had to tell me about my exams and if I didn't complain, maybe I would have been waiting to be seen until now! Hospital very disorganized, they do not guide us about the exams. It took me more than 3 hours to do just one endoscopy because 4 people passed in front of me.
