★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento sem máscara, sou de outro estado a funcionária não queria me atender pois estava sem o SUS, sendo que o documento estava em mãos, começou a dizer que estava me fazendo um favor, resumindo funcionários sem preparação para lhe dar com o público, eu que estava passando mal com fortes dores no peito se dependesse dela estaria morto, só não chamei a polícia para não me exaltar ainda mais, pois a mesma não sabia nem que São Paulo além de estado é uma cidade, e que mesmo se eu chegasse sem documento teriam que me atender pois não se pode negar atendimento, pois é um atendimento público, pra todos. Descaso total com o cidadão. Melhor apresentar os princípios do SUS, quem sabe resolve.
