Sendo que em hospitais q são referência em SP não tem esse tipo de exigência se senti DESCRIMINADO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 7 anos tive minha bebê lá 11/11/2014, equipe maravilhosa foi super bem atendida e minha filha. Ontem 20/03/2022 minha irmão tbm deu a luz lá, nossa 100% excelente equipe de ponta ??? 5 estrelas são dúvidas!!!
7 years ago I had my baby there 11/11/2014, wonderful staff was super well attended and my daughter. Yesterday 03/20/2022 my sister also gave birth there, our 100% excellent top team ??? 5 stars are doubts!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive meu bebê que está com 1 mês, fui super bem atendida meu filho saiu com todos os exames feitos...Só uma reclamação mesmo por parte das regras do hospital eles não deixa entrar nada pro bebê na hora do banho se a auxilar não tiver o sabonte banha so com agua mesmo, a auxilar disse q ela q compra os produtos.. lembrando q eles dizem q tem os produtos mais não tem, a e quando vc for levar uma bolsa com calcinhas e absorventes pq a fraldas que eles dizem q são absorvente são horrível, não fecha e esquenta risco de pegar ate infecção pq eles dão so 1 fralda e de manhã imagina ai ficar com a fralda cheio de sangue, limpeza nos quartos e banheiro 1 vez no dia tmb, não tem alcool em gel nos corredores...

Just a complaint, even on the part of the hospital rules, they don't let anything in for the baby at bath time if the assistant doesn't have it the soap only bathes with water, the assistant said that she buys the products.. remembering that they say they have the products but they don't, and when you go to take a bag with panties and absorbents because the diapers they say they are absorbent are horrible, it doesn't close and heats up risk of getting an infection because they only give 1 diaper and in the morning imagine having the diaper full of blood, cleaning the rooms and bathroom 1 time a day too, there is no gel alcohol in the hallways ...

Funcionários no geral, infermeiria, médicos e etc, o resto é só a misericórdia. Me internaram gestante e estou dividindo quarto com 4 gestantes que tiveram bebê, ou seja mais de 5 noites sem dormir pq os bebês ficam chorando, acho que poderia ter uma divisão nessa parte. Gestante é gestante, mães com seus bebês é mães com seus bebês ninguém é obrigado a passar os últimos dias de gestação acordada, ansiosa, aflita.

Agora duas pessoas que são uma maravilha que é a recepcionista Zuila da primeira recepção e a Flavia da recepção de baixo. Zuila é a aquela pessoa que transforma um dia difícil em um dia de paz e alegria apesar da aflição, em todos os aspectos atendimento, atenção, alegria, simpatia. Deixa a gente feliz dentro de um hospital com um problema grande. Parabéns Zuila vc é Luz.
Flavia pessoa que trabalha no que gosta tbm muito atenciosa e respeitadora tratando todos iguais, da hora que cheguei até ahora de ir embora fiquei observando o seu tratamento com as pessoas independente do gênero, raça e modos. Flavia tá de parabéns tbm. Hgcc administração e equipe dá orgulho dizer que é um hospital do Estado.
