★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento do serviço social insuficiente. Médicos despreparados. Boletim contraditórios. Falta de compromisso e respeito ao paciente e a familia. E colocando sempre como disvculpa a pandemia. Decepcionada. Jamais colocaria um outro familiar meu aí.
 Insufficient social service service. Unprepared doctors. Contradictory newsletter. Lack of commitment and respect for the patient and family. And always putting the pandemic as an excuse. Disappointed. I would never put another family member there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dos técnicos em enfermagem excelente, dos enfermeiros maravilhoso, mas o ortopedista terrível, deixa pacientes em espera eterna, diz está sempre em cirurgia. Será?
The care provided by the nursing technicians is excellent, the nurses are wonderful, but the orthopedist is terrible, he leaves patients in eternal waiting, he says he is always undergoing surgery. Will be?

Good service, but there is a lot of delay in some procedures, the beds are good and with TV and Air Conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Hospital possui uma estrutura boa, aparentemente limpo, porém atendimento extremamente demorado para dizer o mínimo, a equipe de enfermagem apresenta-se desorganizados, confusos ( para dizer o mínimo), médicos no parecem artigo de luxo das 23hs as 07hs- Um plantão pago pela população para que eles durmam). Para um local que buscar acolhimento de pessoas é bem difícil ver isso quando os pacientes ficam em macas no chão, esquecidos a própria sorte se não tiver acompanhante ( vi um idoso com Alzheimer sozinho no chão das 11hs até às 21hs sem troca de frauda, cheirando a urina).
Acredito que a administração deveria reverter alguns treinamento e protocolos, para ter o objetivo de atender uma população tão carente.
PS: Estava em atendimento com um família que entrou as 11hs e só foi atendido com dignidade as 23hs ( isso é JEQUIE?)
The Hospital has a good structure, apparently clean, but extremely slow service to say the least, the nursing staff is disorganized, confused (to say the least), doctors do not seem like a luxury item from 11pm to 7am- A paid shift by the population so that they sleep). For a place that seeks to welcome people, it is very difficult to see this when patients are on stretchers on the floor, forgetting their own luck if they don't have a companion (I saw an elderly person with Alzheimer's alone on the floor from 11 am to 9 pm without changing diapers, sniffing the urine).
I believe that the administration should reverse some training and protocols, to have the objective of serving such a needy population.
PS: I was in attendance with a family that entered at 11 am and was only attended with dignity at 11 pm (is this JEQUIE?)
