★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que postar 1 estrela , pois não aceita 0 (zero) estrela . Horrível atendimento , demora mais de 4 horas para você ser atendido na emergência. E não é a primeira vez esse descaso. Pensei que fosse algo extraordinário, mas é sempre que ocorre.
 Had to post 1 star, because it doesn't accept 0 (zero) star. Horrible service, it takes more than 4 hours for you to be attended to in the emergency. And it's not the first time this neglect. I thought it was something extraordinary, but it always happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para o hospital eu dou 3 estrelas pq fiquei na parte particular da enfermaria e foi pior experiência que eu tive, logo após o parto chegaram mais três pacientes pro mesmo quarto, logo o banheiro ficou imundo, muito sujo de sangue e não apareceu ninguém pra limpar, arriscando pegar algum problema de saúde, o que na minha opinião o pessoal da limpeza deveriam passar com mais frequência o que não aconteceu.
Agora daria com toda certeza 10 ou mais estrelas para o médico e sua equipe que fizeram meu parto, estou muito satisfeita, fui muito bem tratada, correu tudo certinho graças a Deus. E quero desejar ao Dr. Alexandre Marlon ótimo profissional e sua equipe tudo de bom e que Deus os recompense sempre. Vcs são nota 100 recomendo com certeza.
For the hospital I give 3 stars because I stayed in the private part of the ward and it was the worst experience I had, three more patients arrived in the same room right after delivery, soon the bathroom was filthy, very dirty with blood and no one came to clean it , risking getting some health problem, which in my opinion the cleaning staff should go through more often what didn't happen.
Now I would definitely give 10 or more stars to the doctor and his team who performed my delivery, I'm very satisfied, I was treated very well, everything went fine, thank God. And I want to wish Dr. Alexandre Marlon a great professional and his team all the best and that God always reward them. You guys are note 100 I recommend it for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha prima morreu durante o parto, por negligência médica. Eles fazem de tudo para que quem é atendido na ala pública, pague na particular por equipamentos, leitos e atendimento diferenciado. Não recomendo a ninguém. Sigam para a maternidade do Ibura ou HMR, lá, as mães são bem cuidadas.
My cousin died in childbirth due to medical negligence. They do everything so that those who receive care in the public wing pay privately for equipment, beds and differentiated service. I don't recommend it to anyone. Go to the Ibura or HMR maternity hospital, there, the mothers are well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento das recepcionista, muito antipática, mas fora isso o hospital é ótimo as enfermeiras que atende na enfermaria e apartamentos, são maravilhosas tem muita paciência com crianças sempre tentando acalmar para dar medicamento, eu amei recomendo muito o hospital.
E as recepcionista melhore por favor porque ninguém merece ser tratado desse jeito chato que vocês atendem!! E as cinco estrelas são para as enfermeiras e pelo hospital que eu gostei muito!!

Cheguei para atendimento na emergência obstétrica e demorou horas, mesmo não tendo ninguém além de mim pra ser atendida pelo médico, porque a recepção não avisou ao médico que tinha chegado emergência e ele estava dormindo. Outro dia fui para consulta com obstetra, a recepção disse que era só aguardar, aguardei 5 horas e quando perguntei, o médico havia encerrado o atendimento, tive que aguardar ele terminar as cirurgias ou não seria atendida.
Terrible front desk attendants. I arrived for care at the obstetric emergency and it took hours, even though there was no one but me to be seen by the doctor, because the reception didn't tell the doctor that the emergency had arrived and he was sleeping. The other day I went for a consultation with an obstetrician, the reception said it was just a matter of waiting, I waited 5 hours and when I asked, the doctor had ended the service, I had to wait for him to finish the surgeries or I would not be seen.
