 Terrible, 2 hours to be seen plus 2 for the blood test result, 2 more for the doctor to come and look at the exam!!! Really bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local mal organizado. Os funcionários não atendem vc direito. Os médicos não esplica a situação que vc está passando. Local pequeno. Isso na parte da quimioterapia e na triagem.
Poorly organized place. The employees don't serve you well. Doctors don't explain the situation you are going through. Small place. This in the part of chemotherapy and screening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dos funcionários com quem tive contato foi surpreendentemente bom! Todos sempre muito educados, gentis e solícitos. Ressalto que fui atendido na ala dos convênios, do setor de radioterapia. As instalações são boas e limpas, contando inclusive com estacionamento próprio.
The service from the staff I had contact with was surprisingly good! Everyone was always very polite, kind and helpful. I emphasize that I was treated in the health insurance ward, in the radiotherapy sector. The facilities are good and clean, including their own parking.

Os pacientes são tratados dignamente, tendo um espaço sufiente na enfermaria para as camas e um armário para colocar os objetos dos pacientes e acompanhantes, bem como uma boa ventilação. A alimentação que é oferecida aos acompanhantes apresenta um cardápio saudável e bem variado.
O banheiro também é bem estruturado. A equipe da limpeza é nota 10,0. Os quartos e banheiros são muito bem higienizados, bem como os corredores.
A equipe médica também foi muito atenciosa e cuidou muito bem do meu pai. Eles sempre circulavam pelo quarto para verificar a pressão, diabetes e os curativos.
Gostaria de agradecer também ao Dr. Irapuã por ter sido tão atenciosos e ter acelerado o processo de cirurgia do meu pai, mesmo contra os "impedimentos" que o sistema faz. Assim como o Dr. Ismarel que realizou a cirurgia e teve um excelente resultado.
Agora, o ponto que precisa melhorar é o ambulatório, a equipe do pré- operatório na parte dos atendimentos ao público. Marcaram e desmarcaram a cirurgia do meu pai diversas vezes sem explicações plausíveis. O atendimento no WhatsApp também era muito informal e não transmitia confiança. Quando ligamos para vários telefones, ninguém atendia, estava sempre " ocupado", mas quando chegamos lá a tarde vimos que não tinha nenhum paciente e simplesmente ninguém atendia o telefone. Não conseguimos nem recorrer a ouvidoria, porque também não atendem telefone. Esse momento foi bem estressante para a família que precisava de informações e de um serviço com muita urgência.
I was surprised by the entire organization of the hospital. Patients are treated dignifiedly, with enough space in the ward for beds and a closet to place the objects of patients and companions, as well as good ventilation. The food offered to the companions has a healthy and varied menu.
The bathroom is also well structured. The cleaning team is a 10.0. The rooms and bathrooms are very well sanitized, as well as the hallways.
The medical team was also very attentive and took very good care of my father. They always circulated around the room to check blood pressure, diabetes, and bandages.
I would also like to thank Dr. Irapuã for being so attentive and speeding up my father's surgery process, even against the "impediments" that the system makes. Just like Dr. Ismarel who performed the surgery and had an excellent result.
Now, the point that needs to be improved is the outpatient clinic, the preoperative team in terms of public care. They scheduled and unscheduled my father's surgery several times without plausible explanations. The service on WhatsApp was also very informal and did not convey confidence. When we called several phones, no one answered, it was always "busy", but when we got there in the afternoon we saw that there were no patients and simply no one answered the phone. We couldn't even resort to the ombudsman, because they also don't answer the phone. This moment was very stressful for the family who needed information and a service very urgently.
