★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero agradecer a toda equipe do HIG, pois meu marido ficou internado no CTI e posteriormente no quarto por doze dias, e foi muito bem atendido por toda a equipe médica e enfermagem, e funcionários em geral. Muito obrigada a todos pelo carinho, atenção e gentileza com que fomos tratados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 3 de dezembro, passei mal e procurei logo este hospital onde fui bem atendido pela equipe assistencial, logo fiquei internado onde recebi toda a atenção das técnicas de enfermagem,os médicos platonismo e o principal o enfermeiro Cláudio, que sempre acompanhou meu estado de saúde.
Fiquei 15 dias internado,sempre sendo observado por médicos, enfermeiros,fonoaudiloga, além da equipe de fisioterapia, principalmente pela profissional Juliana.
Hospital fantástico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital não oferece conforto na recepção pra quem vai se internar e teve que ficar 8 horas esperando uma vaga pra fazer uma cirurgia agendada. A recepção informava aos pacientes que iriam para o centro cirúrgico que seriam liberados em seguida. Total falta de preparo da recepção. Infelizmente o hospital não preza pelo bom atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O setor de internação é demorado ,então chegue 2 horas antes do combinado com a equipe médica.
Os pacientes e acompanhantes não tem acesso ao Wi-Fi do hospital , o que é muito ruim.
Se você é acompanhante se prepare para comer a mesma refeição no almoço e na janta . As refeições são feitas no refeitório junto com os funcionários do hospital e demais acompanhantes.
O quarto privado é limpo e novo .
A melhor parte do hospital é a equipe de enfermagem, sempre atenciosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me internaram na sexta feira passada (21/01/2022) à tarde com suspeita de trombose na perna esquerda. Com ordem expressa para não levantar da cama de jeito nenhum porque andar faz o trombro se movimentar, podendo o coágulo subir para o pulmão e causar uma embolia pulmonar. Logo, a ordem dos médicos era que eu fizesse minhas necessidades fisiológicas em comadre ou em fraldas descaráveis e o banho deveria ser no leito. Em abril do ano passado passei por uma cirurgia chamada artrodese, a qual foi feita na minha lombar, L5/S1 onde foram colocados 4 parafusos de titânio na minha coluna. Para qualquer pessoa, ficar presa numa cama é um sofrimento, mas para uma pessoa artrodesada o sofrimento é maior ainda. Passei a primeira noite na emergência porque não havia vaga no quarto e eu testei positivo para Covid. No sábado à tarde fui transferida para o quarto. O exame que poderia me livrar desta tortura psicológica de acreditar que poderia haver uma verdadeira bomba relógio na minha perna esquerda se chama Eco Color Doppler Venoso de Membros Inferiores. Um exame simples, realizado em poucos minutos. Acontece que somente ontem, quarta feira, dia 26/01, à tarde, fizeram o tal exame. Isso após eu reclamar, com a enfermagem, com a ouvidoria, com assistente social, enfim, quase com o Hospital inteiro. Passei seis dias isolada, sem direito a visitas, sofrendo presa à uma cama, devido à uma trombose inexistente. Demoraram cinco dias para me dar um diagnóstico que dependia de um simples exame. Muita crueldade manter uma pessoa com várias comorbidades presa à uma cama sem necessidade. Um Hospital do tamanho deste, deveria ter condições de realizar um exame simples como esse a qualquer momento. O correto, o justo, é que o exame fosse realizado na sexta dia 21 e não somente na quarta-feira dia 26. Foi muita crueldade o que fizeram comigo. Ainda há o sofrimento do acesso... Perdi o acesso três vezes... Além da vez que me furaram à toa pois não conseguiram achar veia. Muita maldade tratar as pessoas assim...? Dei uma estrela porque não existe a opção "zero estrela."

Soon, the doctors ordered me to perform my physiological needs in a bedpan or disposable diapers and the bath should be in bed. In April of last year I underwent a surgery called arthrodesis, which was performed on my lumbar, L5/S1, where 4 titanium screws were placed in my spine. For anyone, being stuck in a bed is a suffering, but for a person with arthrodesis the suffering is even greater. I spent the first night in the ER because there was no room in the room and I tested positive for Covid. On Saturday afternoon I was transferred to my room. The exam that could free me from this psychological torture of believing that there could be a real time bomb in my left leg is called Echo Color Venous Doppler of Lower Limbs. A simple exam, performed in a few minutes. It just so happens that only yesterday, Wednesday, 01/26, in the afternoon, they took the exam. This after I complained, with the nursing, with the ombudsman, with the social worker, in short, almost with the entire Hospital. I spent six days isolated, without the right to visits, suffering confined to a bed, due to a non-existent thrombosis. It took five days to give me a diagnosis that depended on a simple exam. Very cruel to keep a person with multiple comorbidities tied to a bed unnecessarily. A hospital of this size should be able to perform a simple exam like this at any time. What is correct, what is fair, is that the exam should be carried out on Friday the 21st and not only on Wednesday the 26th. What they did to me was very cruel. There is still the pain of access... I lost access three times... Besides the time they pierced me for nothing because they couldn't find a vein. Too bad to treat people like that...? I gave one star because there is no "zero star" option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao hospital com bastante febre e dor na região da face. Cheguei e logo fui atendido na recepção. Ao sentar para esperar passar pela triagem fui surpreendido quando chamaram meu nome; fiz a triagem de forma rápida e objetiva, e logo em seguida o doutor me chamou. Nunca tinha acontecido isso comigo; já até passei raiva nesse mesmo hospital. Mas no dia 25/mai foi diferente. O doutor Delano muito atencioso e experiente me encaminhou para fazer o raio-x e fui super bem atendido pela Dulce. Gostaria de agradecer a toda equipe pelo excelente atendimento!

Dr. Delano, very attentive and experienced, sent me to do the x-ray and I was super well attended by Dulce. I would like to thank the entire team for the excellent service!
