★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela pq senão não comenta,mas é zero. Péssimo atendimento, já foi bom,há 20 anos atrás, pessoas despreparadas para emergência. Não tem uti neo natal,descaso com puerperes,negligentes,se eu estivesse aí com minha filha,vcs iam ver o q eu ia fazer. Ela não tinha morrido. Incompetentes. Não vão no imesa,por favor ,nem com o ginecologista!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Pela segunda vez consecutiva marcam uma simples consulta e vc passa horas, eu disse horas esperando. Um descaso total com a vida humana. Nao é um banco ou supermercado, sao seres humanos que tem que ficar ali plantafo aguardando a boa vontade. Aconteceu algum imprevisto, por que nao avisam e remarcam a consulta? Desinteresse total. Nao recomendo.
Horrible. For the second time in a row they make a simple appointment and you spend hours, I said hours waiting. A total disregard for human life. It's not a bank or supermarket, it's human beings who have to stay there waiting for good will. Something unforeseen happened, why not notify and reschedule the appointment? Total disinterest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei por um procedimento cirúrgico ontem, onde me senti muito seguro, todo pessoal no bloco cirúrgico, enfermeiras e médicos fizeram de tudo pra que eu me sentisse bem. E depois todo pessoal da ala demonstrou nítida preocupação com meu estado e minha recuperação. Nota 10/10!

Na noite do dia 19/01 minha mãe teve grave piora em no quadro de COVID, então a levamos para o hospital Imesa.
Mesmo não atendendo a casos extremos de COVID, eles a mantiveram lá e realizaram exames, mas quando souberam não seria possível a internação em Varginha, eles não seguiram com tratamento e alegaram tentar levar para Santa Casa, sem sucesso, por volta de 13h30min desligaram o oxigênio e a medicação, não cuidaram mais da minha mãe.
Pedi para retirar minha mãe do hospital para cuidar dela, eles consentiram e pediram para manter com a medicação em casa e se a saturação caísse, levasse para Santa Casa.
Não tiveram empatia ou zelo por minha mãe.
Eles podem salvar vidas, mas preferem o dinheiro.

Even not attending to extreme cases of COVID, they kept her there and carried out tests, but when they found out it would not be possible to hospitalize in Varginha, they did not continue with treatment and claimed to try to take her to Santa Casa, without success, around 1:30 pm they turned off the oxygen and medication, they no longer took care of my mother.
I asked to take my mother out of the hospital to take care of her, they consented and asked to keep the medication at home and if the saturation dropped, take it to Santa Casa.
They had no empathy or care for my mother.
They can save lives, but they prefer money.
