★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dez meses atrás eu fiz aqui uma crítica quanto ao atendimento para uma consulta e exame no Hospital AMES. Realmente foi uma situação,muito desagradável. Porém, hoje eu escrevo para elogiar o atendimento na emergência e durante o período em que ficamos, eu e meu marido, internados no Hospital AMES para tratamento da Covid. Nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos desde a Recepção, quanto aos Técnicos de Enfermagem, Enfermeiros, Fisioterapeutas, Nutricionistas, ( um elogio especial para a Equipe da cozinha com um cardápio de qualidade e saboroso), Médicos, e os Funcionários da higiene e limpeza que com muito respeito e sempre com uma palavra de conforto entravam no quarto. Mas, faço questão de destacar aqui o nome de alguns profissionais que foram maravilhosos e fizeram o seu trabalho com amor e respeito: as recepcionistas, Nailza e Vania, gentis, educadas, atenciosas, fizeram cada uma a sua parte em um trabalho bem feito; a Drª Sâmia, me mostrou que médico é gente como a gente, me fez rir num momento de aflição; Drº Virgilio, um dia meu aluno no Ensino Fundamental, e hoje um Médico cuidando da saúde daquela professora que um dia contribuiu com a sua educação formal me deixando orgulhosa; e finalmente, Drº Juliano, competente, gentil, atencioso, cuidadoso e sempre disposto a nos ouvir e orientar. Muito obrigada a toda a Equipe do Hospital AMES pelo tratamento Humanizado. Todos dentro de um hospital devem ser responsáveis e contribuir para um atendimento que valorize o ser humano e a condição humana acima de tudo, independente se é particular, plano de saúde ou público. Que Deus os abençoe!
Ten months ago I made a criticism here regarding the attendance for a consultation and examination at Hospital AMES. It really was a very unpleasant situation. However, today I write to praise the care in the emergency room and during the time we stayed, my husband and I were admitted to the AMES Hospital for Covid treatment. We feel very welcome from the Reception, as for the Nursing Technicians, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Nutritionists, (a special compliment to the Kitchen Team with a quality and tasty menu), Doctors, and the Hygiene and Cleaning Staff who offer a lot of respect and always with a word of comfort they entered the room. But, I make a point of highlighting here the names of some professionals who were wonderful and did their job with love and respect: the receptionists, Nailza and Vania, kind, polite, thoughtful, each did their part in a job well done; Dr. Sâmia, showed me that a doctor is people like us, made me laugh in a moment of distress; Drº Virgilio, one day my student in Elementary School, and today a Doctor taking care of the health of that teacher who one day contributed with her formal education, making me proud; and finally, Drº Juliano, competent, kind, considerate, careful and always willing to listen and guide us. Many thanks to the entire AMES Hospital Team for the Humanized treatment. Everyone in a hospital must be responsible and contribute to care that values the human being and the human condition above all, regardless of whether it is private, health insurance or public. Parecia que os médicos descansavam por 30min após cada paciente
Terrible when I arrived I only had 3 people in front of me even so I waited to be seen for 1:30h
It seemed that doctors rested for 30 minutes after each patient

Terrible service in the pediatrics ward, they never have an accurate diagnosis, they attend without even looking people in the face, disappointed !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora muito, fiquei com muita dor na fila e gemendo e ninguém veio procurar saber se estava bem, estava andando me arrastando e fiquei um tempão no banheiro e nem se quer questionaram nada, atendimento seco e sem empatia.
It takes a long time, I was in a lot of pain in the queue and moaning and no one came to see if I was okay, I was dragging myself around and I stayed in the bathroom for a long time and they didn't even question anything, dry service and no empathy.
