★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha afilhada está internada aquí na uti desde 15/12/2021 hj é 19/12/2021 já teve uma grande melhora, a equipe de enfermagem é incrível, em especial uma técnica chamada Sueli. Que ser humano maravilhoso, Deus abençoe ❤️
 My goddaughter has been hospitalized here in the ICU since 12/15/2021 hj and 12/19/2021 already had a great improvement, the nursing team is amazing, especially a technician called Sueli. What a wonderful human being, God bless ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma histerectomia e só tenho que agradecer a dos hospital dês da recepção ate a todos da equipe de enfermagem todos muito atenciosos e prestativos fui muito bem recebida e tratar bem o tempo todo!
I had a hysterectomy and I just have to thank the hospital from the reception to all the nursing staff, all very attentive and helpful, I was very well received and treated well all the time!

Onde já se viu ter visita só para CTI e não ter um lugar para acompanhante com paciente internado. Somente para menor de 18 e maior de 60.
Sou do Rio de Janeiro e é a segunda noite que durmo aqui nesse banco! Realmente não tem como entender isso!

Where we have seen visits only for the ICU and not having a place for a companion with an inpatient. Only for under 18 and over 60.
I'm from Rio de Janeiro and it's the second night I've slept here on this bench! There's really no way to understand this!

Meu filho foi super bem tratado, organização extrema, carinho e zelo de cuidados pelo meu filho que ficou internado. Parabéns também para equipe de limpeza e comida. Geralmente comida de hsopitais são ruins. Mais daqui não, são muito boas e saudáveis. O hospital está em reforma e acredito que ficará cada vez melhor. Super indico
Hospital of excellence. Congratulations to the entire team on all nursing shifts in the pediatrics ward. My son was super well treated, extreme organization, affection and zeal of care for my son who was hospitalized. Congratulations also to cleaning and food staff. Usually hospital food is bad. Not from here, they are very good and healthy. The hospital is under renovation and I believe it will get better and better. super nominate

Meu filho deu entrada ontem à tarde para uma pequena cirurgia no dedo e mesmo o quarto estando apenas com a mãe do meu filho e ele, não pude permanecer no quarto e acompanhá-los, por se tratar da pandemia, até aí eu entendo. Porém, não poder passar a noite dentro do rall da unidade esperando para render a mãe do meu filho na manhã seguinte, já é desumano. Simplesmente fecharam a porta de vidro da recepção, apagaram as luzes e foram dormir. E eu aqui fora, parcialmente no escuro porque tem uma luz na parte externa da unidade acesa não permitindo que eu fique nesse na penumbra. Pelo menos, não me expulsaram da área externa da unidade e não tive que passar a noite na rua. Nota zero para o trato humano. O Dr. Gabriel Massot deveria assistir aos colegas da unidade de São Gonçalo.
Right now I'm having a bad experience. My son was admitted yesterday afternoon for a minor surgery on his finger and even though the room was only with my son's mother and him, I couldn't stay in the room and accompany them, because it was the pandemic, so far I understand. However, not being able to spend the night inside the unit's rall waiting to surrender my son's mother the next morning is already inhumane. They simply closed the glass reception door, turned off the lights and went to sleep. And me out here, partially in the dark because there's a light on the outside of the unit on, not allowing me to stay in this one in the dim light. At least they didn't kick me out of the unit's outer area and I didn't have to spend the night on the street. Score zero for human treatment. Dr. Gabriel Massot was supposed to assist his colleagues from the São Gonçalo unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência de estar na UTI pediátrica a princípio foi assustador porém fui recepcionada pela equipe da enfermagem e pela médica de uma forma tão inesperada que senti paz. A comida é de padrão excelência e a equipe da limpeza também super competentes .No momento estou na enfermaria, a equipe de enfermagem e a médica de igual forma excelente, somente o que deixa a desejar é o banheiro...com alguns mofo.
Uma sugestão a fazer liberar a entrada dos pais para estar com filhos...a presença dos pais faz muito bem aos filhos e com certeza ajudaria na recuperação..a fase da pandemia não está tão rígida como antes tomando os cuidados de lavar as mãos e usando álcool acredito que daria pra manter esse protocolo.
The experience of being in the pediatric ICU was frightening at first, but I was welcomed by the nursing team and the doctor in such an unexpected way that I felt peace. The food is excellent and the cleaning staff are also super competent. At the moment I'm in the infirmary, the nursing staff and the doctor are equally excellent, the only thing lacking is the bathroom...with some mold.
A suggestion to allow parents to enter to be with children... the presence of parents is very good for children and would certainly help in recovery.. the pandemic phase is not as rigid as before, taking care to wash your hands and using alcohol I believe it would be possible to maintain this protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os gestores deveriam atualizar em relação as precauções em relação a Covid 19.Nao estamos no alge da pandemia para impedir a presença do acompanhante com uso de máscara e orientado quanto ao distanciamento somente ao local de internação do paciente,estando ciente da impossibilidade de acompanhamento de acordo com o perfil do plano de saúde do paciente.Inadimissivel que o familiar só irá saber do estado do paciente apos procedimento cirúrgico atraves do telefone celular do próprio paciente ou da recepção pelos funcionários desprepararados que só sabem responder se o paciente está no quarto ou no centro cirúrgico. Mesmo após o ato cirúrgico as informações são passadas pelos pacientes.
Fica aqui o protesto para sejam revista as condutas e que os profissionais estejam melhor informados dos dados epidemiológicos através de uma Comissão de Controle de Doenças Relacionadas a Assistência à Saúde.
PS:Minha reclamação baseada em dados por ser profissional de Saúde e como usuária desse serviço senti me lesada em não pode ver e nem conversar com o profissional que realizou o procedimento.

It is unacceptable that the family member will only know the patient's condition after the surgical procedure through the patient's cell phone or at the reception by unprepared employees who only know how to respond if the patient is in the room or in the surgery Center. Even after the surgery, the information is passed on by the patients.
Here is the protest for the conduct to be reviewed and for professionals to be better informed of epidemiological data through a Commission for the Control of Diseases Related to Health Care.
PS: My complaint based on data for being a health professional and as a user of this service I felt wronged in not being able to see or talk to the professional who performed the procedure.
