★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Não recomendo a ninguém. As pessoas caem nessa cilada por causa da localização prática. Seja qual for o caso, eles querem sempre internar. Afinal, assim faturam mai$, embora isso na maioria dos casos seja desnecessário. Querem saber mais? Entrem no grupo de Moradores do Bairro de Fátima, Lapa e Centro. É no Facebook. Uma postagem de 26/02/22 recebeu dezenas outros relatos revoltados sobre os absurdos q ocorrem nesse lugar e outro hospital do grupo, a Casa de Portugal, no Rio Comprido.
 Terrible! I don't recommend it to anyone. People fall into this trap because of the practical location. Whatever the case, they always want to commit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiquei 5 dias no CTI , tive um tratamento muito bom pelos assistentes técnicos, assistente social, psicóloga, médicos e até nutricionista. Alimracao muito boa de acordo com alimentação natural que eu já fazia em casa.
Exames totais. Monitoração o tempo todo.
Só gostaria de ressaltar que ficar num CTI lúcida é muito difícil porque ficamos rodeados de pacientes na maior parte inconscientes. E por mais atenção que temos precisamos de uma satisfação sobre nosso estado de saúde como forma de respeito . A gente acaba imaginando que é mais grave do que é.
Tipo mais humanizado e respeitoso.
I stayed at the CTI for 5 days, I was treated very well by the technical assistants, social worker, psychologist, doctors and even nutritionist. Very good food according to natural food that I already made at home.
Total exams. Monitoring all the time.
I would just like to point out that staying in a lucid ICU is very difficult because we are surrounded by mostly unconscious patients. And no matter how much attention we get, we need satisfaction about our state of health as a form of respect. People end up imagining that it is more serious than it is.
More humane and respectful type.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Minha filha foi diagnosticada errada 2 vezes, sofrendo alta pressão para se internar e, em outras ocasiões tambem sofreu a mesma pressão. Ela foi em outro hospital e refez os exames e nas 2 vezes constataram que era algo bem mais leve e que não tinha a menor indo cá lá o de internação. Além do péssimo atendimento, essa prática do hospital visa o lucro somente, não a saúde dos pacientes. Nunca mais!!!!
Terrible attendance. My daughter was misdiagnosed twice, suffering high pressure to be hospitalized and on other occasions she also suffered the same pressure. She went to another hospital and had the exams redone and both times they found that it was something much lighter and that there was not the slightest bit going here for the hospitalization. In addition to the poor service, this hospital practice is only for profit, not the health of patients. Never!!!!

Minha esposa deu entrada na segunda feira, teve a tentativa para parto normal, mas não teve dilatação suficiente e a médica optou pela cesária, que seria mais seguro para os dois!
Amamos! Só gratidão por toda equipe!

My wife was admitted on Monday, she had an attempt for a normal delivery, but she didn't have enough dilation and the doctor opted for a cesarean, which would be safer for both of them!
We love it! Just gratitude for the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei minha amiga gestante que estava com sangramento, chegamos ao Hospital por volta de 12h30, foi atendida, porém precisou fazer uma ultra (exame básico para quem esta gestante), a medica que faz a ultra so chega por volta das 16h / 16h30. Um ABSURDO e DESCASO. Exame de suma importância, imagina se a gestante chegasse as 8h ou 9h... Teria que buscar atendimento em outro hospital né, porque seria impossível aguardar esse tempo todo. Como uma emergência obstétrica 24h não tem uma pessoa responsável para fazer ultra por todo o período? Precisam preencher esses plantões. Isso é inadmissível.

She would have to seek care at another hospital, right, because it would be impossible to wait that long. How can a 24-hour obstetric emergency not have a responsible person to do the ultrasound for the entire period? They need to fill these shifts. That is inadmissible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 21/04 fiz uma cirurgia no hospital Ega Moniz, fui muito bem tratada, a equipe de enfermagem do Centro cirúrgico muito atenciosa a Enf. Fernanda com um atendimento humanizada , depois da cirurgia fui encaminhada ao quarto, e tbm fui bem atendida pela técnica Cleide que logo viu que a cama não estava funcionando e logo providenciou a troca do quarto, a equipe do dia 22/04 tanto enfermeira como técnica muito atenciosas, a única queixa que eu tenho são as camas que não tem bom funcionamento, precisa ser reparadas ou trocadas pq uma pessoa operada Fica difícil em uma cama que não se movimenta ou o controle Não funciona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo hospital!! Meu cunhado está a mais de 2 horas na emergência aguardando. Não informaram que o plano ainda não tinha liberado o exame de tomografia e só foram ligar para o plano após reclamação na recepção (pois ele está a 2 horas esperando ser chamado para fazer o exame e ninguém sabia aonde estava os papéis pra realização do exame). Eu nunca mais frequento esse hospital pois minha esposa já foi lá de madrugada com cistite e gastrite e mandaram ela comprar remédio na farmácia pois eles não tinham remédio pra dar naquela hora. Péssima referência de hospital no centro.
Terrible hospital!! My brother-in-law is more than 2 hours in the emergency waiting. They did not inform that the plan had not yet released the CT scan and only went to call the plan after complaining at reception (because he has been waiting for 2 hours to be called to take the exam and no one knew where the papers were for the exam to be performed) . I never go to this hospital again because my wife went there at dawn with cystitis and gastritis and they sent her to buy medicine at the pharmacy because they didn't have medicine to give at that time. Bad hospital reference in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa fez o parto lá e tive os uma experiência horrível lá ...
A enfermaria em que ficamos era dividida com mais um casal e o ar-condicionado do quarto gelava de um lado e do outro estava um forno o que trouxe mau estar para os ocupantes que estavam ali ... Foi feita a reclamação para o setor responsável que nada fez.
Outro ponto que considero ter sido péssimo : não havia qualquer privacidade para as pacientes pois as baias que separavam as pacientes eram mínimas e não houve preocupação do hospital com este detalhe. Minha esposa na hora de fazer curativos ou se trocar ficava exposta o tempo todo para a porta onde constantemente funcionários da limpeza manutenção e da própria enfermagem abriam a porta e viam tudo sem qualquer barreira de visão.
A maioria das coisas que reclamei não foram solucionadas ....
Pontos positivos : 70% dos funcionários que tivemos contato foram cordiais e educados.

The ward we stayed in was shared with another couple and the air conditioning in the room was freezing on one side and on the other there was an oven, which made the occupants who were there uncomfortable... A complaint was made to the responsible sector that did nothing.
Another point that I consider to have been terrible: there was no privacy for the patients because the bays that separated the patients were minimal and the hospital was not concerned with this detail. My wife, when dressing or changing, was exposed all the time to the door where cleaning, maintenance and nursing staff constantly opened the door and saw everything without any barrier of vision.
Most of the things I complained about were not resolved....
Positives: 70% of the employees we had contact with were friendly and polite.
