★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já vi em uma emergência obstétrica mais de uma hora e meia na recepção depois quero colocar a grávida na área de covid 19 total falta de respeito e consideração entre outros problemas se puder evitar evite.
 Worst care I've ever seen in an obstetric emergency more than an hour and a half at reception later I want to put the pregnant woman in the covid area 19 total lack of respect and consideration among other problems if you can avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção maravilhoso.Sempre fui muito bem atendida,mas ultimamente está deixando a desejar.O atendimento do medico da urgência para um paciente de covid é mandar p casa,nem um medicamento dentro do hospital eles dão,tive que avisar que estava com muita dor de cabeça p ela passar exames e medicação(essa que foi via oral,nem endovenoso foi).Você espera mais de 1 hora p realizar um exame de sangue e mais uma hora p fazer o de imagem.E mais 3 horas esperando a médica p reavaliar.A técnica de enfermagem também,não deu assistência como devia,chegou nem um bom dia deu,perguntou nome e data de nascimento e foi embora.
Acompanhei a liberação dos meus exames pelo sistema da empresa que trabalho,os de sangue foram liberados e mais de uma hora,ninguém veio me ver.Uma urgência que parece um internamento,isso por que,quando cheguei quase não tinha ninguém sendo atendida na urgência.
Sei que estão todos cansados por conta da situação atual,mas quem trabalha na área de saúde tem que ser mais humano com o paciente,a Rede Dor depois que assumiu o memorial está deixando a desejar só vendo lucro e esquecendo quem sustenta a empresa que são os paciente pq sem eles não havia plano de saúde p pagar a empresa
Sempre gostei do memorial,mas,irei fazer o possível p ser minha ÚLTIMA OPÇÃO DE HOSPITAL quando precisar.
Ainda permaneço na urgência e ninguém dá satisfação.

Wonderful service at the reception. I was always very well attended, but lately it is lacking. The emergency doctor's care for a covid patient is to send them home, not even a medication inside the hospital they give, I had to warn them that I was too busy. headache for her to pass exams and medication (the one that was taken orally, not even intravenously). You wait more than 1 hour to do a blood test and another hour to do the imaging. And 3 more hours waiting for the doctor p reassess. The nursing technician also did not give assistance as he should, he didn’t even have a good day, asked for his name and date of birth and left.
I followed the release of my exams by the company system I work for, the blood tests were released and more than an hour, no one came to see me. An emergency that seems like an internment, that is why, when I arrived there was almost no one being attended to in the emergency room .
I know they are all tired because of the current situation, but whoever works in the health area has to be more human with the patient, Rede Dor after taking over the memorial is leaving something to be desired only seeing profit and forgetting who supports the company they are the patient cuz without them there was no health plan p pay the company
I always liked the memorial, but I will do my best to be my LAST HOSPITAL OPTION when I need it.
I still remain in the emergency room and no one gives satisfaction.
