â â â â â Um hospital q nem poderia se chamar de hospital. Meu pai passou mais de 43 dias nesse hospital. Ficou bem pior do q jĂĄ tava. Deram "alta a ele e no mesmo dia q recebeu alta ele faleceu . Horas depois dentro da minha casa. Meu pai estava muito debilitado, c dificuldade pra andar, respirar. E no dia da alta nĂŁo me permitiram falar c mĂ©dico pra tirar algumas dĂșvidas, jĂĄ q ele tinha tirado uns remĂ©dios q o pai jĂĄ tomava a anos. Disseram q o mĂ©dico nĂŁo tava lĂĄ. E como deram alta jĂĄ q o mĂ©dico nĂŁo tava lĂĄ? Fora q no dia da alta. AlĂ©m de nĂŁo poder falar c o mĂ©dico. Ainda nĂŁo me deram o resumo de alta. As Ășnicas pessoas q falaram comigo foi a recepcionista e o maqueiro. Esse hospital nĂŁo tem suporte pra atender casos graves. Pois nĂŁo tem equipamentos pra isso. Foi muitas cousas ruins q aconteceu. Foram negligĂȘncia c o meu pai. Meu pai faleceu dentro da minha casa. Horas depois de receber alta.

The only people who spoke to me were the receptionist and the makeup artist. This hospital has no support for serious cases. It has no equipment for this. It was a lot of bad things that happened. They were negligence with my father. My father died inside my house, hours after I was discharged.

â â â â â O atendimento na recepção atĂ© que Ă© bom, o ruim para um hospital particular Ă© questĂŁo sa longa espera pra ser chamado para realizar um simples exame e ainda ser informado que o resultado sĂł em outro perĂodo do dia. Ainda sobre a espera, esperei com meu pai(prioridade) a ser chamado muito tempo, no caso de hoje aguardei em duas filas de espera, ou seja aguardei pra ser chamado pra ir para outra fila, para aĂ entĂŁo ser atendido kkkk, chega a ser engraçado e estressante ao mesmo tempo. NĂŁo indico esse local a quem tiver com pressa. Foi a primeira e Ășltima vez que venho ao Hospital menino Jesus.

â â â â â Fiz dois exames, atĂ© que uma das recepcionistas atendeu bem porĂ©m a outra nem tanto. AlĂ©m disso, um hospital super lotado, sem estrutura e pouco adaptado para quem usa moletas ou cadeiras de rodas, pois a calçada Ă© cheia de buracos o que torna impossĂvel de uma pessoa com limitaçÔes andar corretamente.
I did two exams, until one of the receptionists attended well but the other not so much. In addition, a super crowded hospital, without structure and little adapted for those who use moletas or wheelchairs, because the sidewalk is full of holes which makes it impossible for a person with limitations to walk correctly.

NĂŁo respeita a lei do consumidor, querendo estipular um prazo de retorno de 8 dias (pratica ilegal) a qual nĂŁo lhe Ă© informado e informaçÔes diferentes sĂŁo dadas pelos mĂ©dicos. Ao ir realizar o raio x no momento da consulta o tĂ©cnico iniciou o exame na perna errada atĂ© eu apontar o erro. O laudo final e a impressĂŁo dos filmes do mĂ©dico completamente diferentes lhe deixando apenas a consulta de retorno para dĂșvidas, o qual nĂŁo lhe dĂŁo direito, bem como as devidas informaçÔes. Completa ineficiĂȘncia, desrespeito e incompetĂȘncia.

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento.. a gente fala com a recepcionista e ela nĂŁo larga o celular pra nos atender, da respostas bem secas e nĂŁo olha nem na nossa cara! Super mal educada pra estar em uma recepção! Pra completar o mĂ©dico nĂŁo cumpre o horĂĄrio de atendimento, fazendo o paciente dar viagem perdida!
