★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo,e em comunicação horrível,falta respeito do corpo clínico com os familiares, pacientes são internados e só dão boletim quando quiserem,com horários indefinidos e quando fornecem pq tem dias que nada,a família fica na angústia a espera de notícias.Proibe visitas e não sabem organizar um boletim diário.Estou revoltada.?
Terrible, and in horrible communication, the clinical staff lacks respect with the family, patients are hospitalized and only give a report when they want, with indefinite schedules and when they provide because there are days when nothing, the family is in anguish waiting for news. and they don't know how to organize a daily newsletter. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma tia que é paciente renal foi diagnosticada com covid e regulada para este hospital no dia 14/12/2021... Até hoje dia 16/12/2021 nenhuma informação sobre o quadro de saúde dela. Um familiar foi ao hospital e a assistente social se negou a dar informação...disse que só o médico pode dar informação. Que falta de humanidade! Telefone ninguém atende. Somos do interior mais de 300km

Uma vergonha!

- UTI nota 9:
Tive retorno todos os dias dos médicos com as avalições medicas.
- Enfermaria nota 1:
Péssima a assistência da doutora Paula, não informava o prontuário médico periodicamente, maior mau vontade no atendimento...
- Assistência Social Nota 0:
Resumindo, não serve pra absolutamente nada;
Não se consegue falar por nenhum meio de comunicação;
Quando consegue falar não consegue resolver nada;
Pessoal totalmente despreparado, ex: Meu pai foi regulado para outro município, não fui informado e só descobrir depois de quatro dias ligando incessantemente para o hospital.

- ICU grade 9:

Terrible assistance from Dr. Paula, she did not report the medical records periodically, greater unwillingness to attend...
- Social Assistance Grade 0:
In short, it serves absolutely nothing;

Totally unprepared staff, ex: My father was regulated to another municipality, I was not informed and only found out after four days of calling the hospital incessantly.
