★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A infraestrutura do hospital é muito boa, tem estacionamento, é climatizado embora na recepção dos exames estivesse quente. Tem um sistema digital de senhas, porém a maioria dos usuários chegam e vão direto ao guichê, não pegam senha e são atendidos antes dos que pegaram as senhas. A culpa de isso acontecer é dos atendentes, Silmara e Jadson. O atendimento não demorou, eu ia fazer um exame de imagem, fui atendida por um estagiário inseguro, que estava só na sala do exame, mesmo tendo uma balança não me pesou e nem mediu minha altura, sendo que já fiz esse exame outras vezes, e antes do exame sempre é feito esse procedimento. Deram um prazo de 15 dias para entregar o resultado, um verdadeiro absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje no hospital modelo pra uma consulta ginecologica! Muita aglomeração, sem distanciamento social entre as poltronas sendo que muitos pacientes não usam a máscara da forma correta e sei que isso não depende do hospital, porém a aglomeração de pacientes é a demarcação de poltronas pra que haja um distanciamento e responsabilidade do mesmo! Um calor insuportável em um ambiente fechado já que as centrais de ar estavam desligadas! Se é pra manter central de ar desligada deveriam ter construindo um hospital com janelas para que houvesse ventilação e o atendimento da recepção além de ser péssimo ainda é demorado!

Tempo de atendimento péssimo por algumas atendentes. Uma atendente demorou a manhã e a tarde toda para encerrar um atendimento por Wpp e no fim marcou com a especialidade errada.
I give 3 stars for the cardiologist who treated my husband and the wonderful nutritionist Dr Thatyanne
Terrible service time by some attendants. An attendant took all morning and afternoon to finish a Wpp service and in the end she dialed the wrong specialty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam melhorar bastante o serviço de telefonia. Liguei para agendar consulta e não consegui, desisti...o contato pelo WhatsApp é péssimo, ao invés de concluírem o dialogo conosco, ficam falando com várias pessoas ao mesmo tempo, essa é a sensação que tenho.
They need to improve the phone service a lot. I called to schedule an appointment and I couldn't, I gave up...the contact via WhatsApp is terrible, instead of concluding the dialogue with us, they keep talking to several people at the same time, that's the feeling I have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel, paguei para fazer uma ressonância maguinetica para meu pai, ele estava necessitado de uma maca para se locomover até o local do exame esperei 30 minutos com o meu pai sentindo dores intensas somente a espera da maca, depois de horas esperando para ser atendido e fazer o pagamento, fomos para o exame esperando mais algumas horas tive que fazer um "aue" sendo que era um caso de extrema urgência aí sim ele fez o exame, digo mais ainda tem o tempo de espera do exame que é de cinco dias nesse hospital, sendo que em outros a espera dura somente 2 dias. Obs: quando saímos do exame nem maqueiro tinha para ajudar a levar até o saguão, eu mesmo o levei.
Horrible, I paid for a magnetic resonance imaging for my father, he needed a stretcher to get to the exam site I waited 30 minutes with my father feeling intense pain just waiting for the stretcher, after hours waiting to be seen and make the payment, we went to the exam waiting a few more hours I had to do an "aue" being that it was an extremely urgent case so yes he did the exam, I say more still there is the waiting time for the exam which is five days in this hospital, and in others the wait lasts only 2 days. Note: when we left the exam, there wasn't even a stretcher-bearer to help take us to the lobby, I took him myself.
