Atendam por ordem de chegada, ou instalem um atendimento por senha.
Espero que não façam acepção de pessoas, pois somos novos na cidade e temos os mesmos direitos e deveres como qualquer cidadão daqui.
 I came to bring my daughter who had a cough and we were waiting for care. Other people arrived soon after and were served first, and we waited a long time.

I hope they are no respecter of persons, as we are new to the city and we have the same rights and duties as any citizen here.
