★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entorno do hospital com muito lixo. Não há varredura das ruas no entorno do hospital. Muito mato nas calçadas e muito entulho. Também fazem barulho logo cedo da manhã (6:00 hs) coletando lixo e espremendo lixo no caminhão da coleta.
Surroundings of the hospital with a lot of garbage. There is no sweeping of the streets around the hospital. Lots of weeds on the sidewalks and lots of rubble. They also make noise early in the morning (6:00 am) collecting garbage and squeezing garbage in the collection truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que a Dom Saude passou a administrar esse hospital o atendimento piorou drasticamente. Nem a conta de luz pagam. Não sei como uma empresa como essa administrar um hospital tão importante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital e um lixo já fui aí duas vezes e nas duas foram experiências traumáticas, na primeira passei o dia todo no hospital vomitando e com dor de estômago onde fiquei em um corredor lotado e não disponibilizaram nem uma maca para descansar os acompanhantes ficam em pé e a única coisa que deram foi um soro que não servia pra nada não tiveram coragem de dar um remédio pra dor ou para parar o vômito.
The hospital and garbage I have been there twice and both were traumatic experiences, the first I spent the whole day in the hospital vomiting and with stomach pain where I stayed in a crowded hallway and they didn't even provide a stretcher to rest the companions stand and the only thing they gave was a serum that was useless, they didn't have the courage to give pain medicine or to stop vomiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei lá e foi negado o atendimento e o tratamento foi totalmente desrespeitoso, tiraram o curativo deixando um corte com pontos expostos e se negaram a colocar um novo curativo.
Foi pedido o CRM do médico e deram o número 749222 identificado como Alexandre Dileo, porém esse número nem está cadastrado no CREMESP.
De qualquer forma a denuncia contra o hospital será feita no CREMESP.
I got there and was denied care and the treatment was totally disrespectful, they took the bandage off leaving a cut with exposed stitches and they refused to put a new bandage on.
The doctor's CRM was requested and they gave the number 749222 identified as Alexandre Dileo, but this number is not even registered in CREMESP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos e recepcionistas são atenciosos. A DEMORA é entre uma hora e meia a duas para fazer a triagem. Depois a demora para ser atendido é a mesma ou um pouco mais na Clinica Medica. Na ortopedia é mais rapido! Se alguem levar um idoso infelizmente ficará esperando e dependendo irá ficar no hospal de cinco a seis horas. Não adianta reclamar! Solução: ligue na ouvidoria do SUS 136 porque essa forma de atender mudará quando a maior parte das pessoas reclamarem. Se poucos fazerem valer seus direitos de nada adiantara registrar aqui no GOOGLE.
Doctors and receptionists are attentive. The DELAY is between an hour and a half to two to do the sorting. Then the delay to be seen is the same or a little longer at the Clinica Medica. Orthopedics is faster! If someone takes an elderly person, unfortunately, they will be waiting and depending on they will stay in the hospital for five to six hours. No use complaining! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, passei na emergência clínica com a dra A.F. e pedi para passar com ortopedista e ela com preguiça disse que era ambulatorial; na recepção o atendente ia abrir a ficha mas a enfermeira G. que fica na triagem não permitiu; tive que procurar atendimento em ortopedia em outro local. Já que é terceirizado, a empresa poderia selecionar melhor os funcionários, tem um monte de gente querendo trabalhar. Assim que eu melhorar irei formalizar a reclamação no CRM e no Corem.
Terrible service, I went to the clinical emergency with Dr A.F. and I asked to see an orthopedist and she lazily said it was outpatient; at the reception, the attendant was going to open the file but the nurse G. who is in the triage did not allow it; I had to seek orthopedic care elsewhere. Since it is outsourced, the company could better select employees, there are a lot of people wanting to work. As soon as I improve, I will formalize the complaint in CRM and Corem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao Hospital pois fui em duas UBS e me falaram que não estavam fazendo o tipo de procedimento que eu precisava por conta dos casos de covid e gripe. No hospital me mandaram pra cirurgia geral pois fazia uma semana que tinha costurado 3 pontos na mão por causa de um corte profundo. O médico Alexandre na sala CG com mais duas pessoas: um homem sem jaleco e uma mulher loira com jaleco sentada na maca. Ele perguntou o que havia acontecido e eu falei sobre os pontos, que precisava ver se poderia tirar, se já estava cicatrizado. Ele nem encostou, falou pra eu mesma tirar a faixa da mão e mostrar. Ele mal olhou os pontos e falou "já tá bom, mas eu não vou tirar aqui, isso é lá na UBS". Eu falei que já havia ido na UBS mas eles estavam com problema de lotação por conta da covid e gripe, não estavam fazendo esse procedimento. Ele disse que não faria, que era pra eu procurar uma ubs porque não tiraria ali e que nem deviam ter aberto minha ficha. Eu perguntei se ele podia assinar algum documento, alguma coisa pra que eu pudesse ir na UBS. Ele falou que não ia passar papel algum e que era pra eu falar com a enfermeira na UBS. Eu disse que não conseguia passar nem da recepção. Ele se negou a tirar meus pontos e eu tive que sair da sala. Fui na recepção pedir o CRM dele para abrir reclamação e não tinham o documento com o nome dos médicos de plantão no dia. Fui na triagem e uma moça, acho que enfermeira, me indicou a ouvidoria, que estava trancada e não tinha ninguém. Voltei na recepção e me indicaram a assistência social numa área restrita lá. Entrei na área e fui até a porta da assistência, que estava trancada com cadeado pelo lado de fora. Fui na sala CG onde o médico não quis me atender e só estavam o homem sem jaleco e a mulher loira. Pedi o CRM do médico que estava atendendo ali, que tinha acabado de passar, enviei pro meu namorado enquanto estava pedindo meu comprovante de comparecimento na recepção, e o CRM não foi localizado nos sites do google e não tenho como confirmar o número porque ninguém atende. Chorei muito quando saí, eles podiam tratar os pacientes de uma forma melhor!
I went to the Hospital because I went to two UBS and they told me that they were not doing the type of procedure I needed because of the cases of covid and flu. At the hospital they sent me to general surgery because it had been a week since I had sewn 3 stitches on my hand because of a deep cut. Doctor Alexandre in the CG room with two more people: a man without a lab coat and a blonde woman with a lab coat sitting on the stretcher. He asked what had happened and I told him about the stitches, that I needed to see if I could take them out, if they were already healed. He didn't even touch it, told me to take the band off my hand and show it myself. He barely looked at the stitches and said "it's good, but I'm not going to take them out here, that's at the UBS". I said that I had already gone to the UBS but they had a problem with the capacity because of the covid and the flu, they were not doing this procedure. He said he wouldn't do it, that I was supposed to look for a ubs because he wouldn't take it there and that they shouldn't even have opened my file. I asked if he could sign some document, something so I could go to UBS. He said that he would not pass any paper and that I was supposed to talk to the nurse at the UBS. I said I couldn't even get past the front desk. He refused to take my stitches out and I had to leave the room. I went to the reception to ask for his CRM to file a complaint and they didn't have the document with the name of the doctors on duty on the day. I went to the triage and a girl, I think a nurse, indicated the ombudsman's office, which was locked and there was no one there. I went back to reception and they referred me to social assistance in a restricted area there. I entered the area and went to the assistance door, which was padlocked from the outside. I went to the CG room where the doctor didn't want to see me and there was only the man without a lab coat and the blonde woman. I asked for the CRM of the doctor who was attending there, who had just passed by, I sent it to my boyfriend while I was asking for my proof of attendance at the reception, and the CRM was not found on the google sites and I have no way of confirming the number because no one answers . I cried a lot when I left, they could treat patients better!
