★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sábado dia 8/08/2020 fui ao hospital depois de haver sofrido uma queda e meu pé estava muito inchado. Desde de o momento em que entrei pelas portas do hospital fui muito bem recebida já pelo segurança que de pronto providenciou uma cadeira de rodas, fui direto para o primeiro att onde fui muito bem atendida. Médico muito atencioso, rx, gesso, medicação, até o pessoal da limpeza que encontramos pelos corredores, todos demonstravam empatia e carinho,. Deixo aqui minha GRATIDÃO a todos que estavam de plantão naquela noite. Eu não fazia idéia de que havia sofrido uma fratura e fui surpreendida pelo diagnóstico e a forma como fui tratada fez toda a diferença, é bom demais saber e sentir que as pessoas se importam com a nossa dor!!!

 On Saturday 8/08/2020 I went to the hospital after suffering a fall and my foot was very swollen. From the moment I entered the hospital doors, I was very well received by the security guard who promptly provided a wheelchair, I went straight to the first room where I was very well attended. Very attentive doctor, rx, plaster, medication, even the cleaning staff we met in the halls, all showed empathy and affection ,. I leave here my GRATITUDE to everyone who was on duty that night. I had no idea that I had suffered a fracture and I was surprised by the diagnosis and the way I was treated made all the difference, it is too good to know and feel that people care about our pain !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento desde o porteiro até o médico. Em meia hora meu esposo foi atendido,tomou a medicação e fomos embora. Parabéns a todos os funcionários deste hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendida, por estar gestante, mas fui com outro pessoal, e ao longo dos atendimentos que era a respeito de teste de covid sofremos mto preconceito por ser de outro município.
E no final falaram que não podiam nos atender sendo do município/cidade vizinha.
Não sei se isso é correto, mas vou procurar saber.
I was very well assisted, as I was pregnant, but I went with other staff, and throughout the consultations regarding the covid test, we suffered a lot of prejudice for being from another municipality.
And at the end they said that they could not assist us being from the neighboring city/town.
I don't know if this is correct, but I will find out.

Péssimo atendimento.
Minha mãe faleceu as 5:00 da manhã .
E só fiquei sabendo no horário da visita o ocorrido.
Pensei em processar mais não iria trazer minha mãe de volta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar registrado o atendimento recebido por um amigo, Rafael foi levado a este hospital com um corte profundo no pé por uma garrafa quebrada na rua, não vimos e ele de sandália acabou se acidentando. O socorri levando-o a este hospital a pedido do mesmo. Local muito cheio. Porém atendimento excelente. Na mesma hora ao chegarmos o maqueiro pegou a cadeira , levou-o direto para emergência , fez a sutura, tomou a vacina antitetânica e viemos embora. Agradeço a toda equipe que o atendeu por volta das 15:00 horas. Sou de Niterói, região oceânica e nunca vi uma emergência tão eficaz. Minha gratidão eterna e dele também. Voltaremos para agradecer mais … aguardem…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer o teste para Covid, cheguei às 7:00 AM, estava razoávelmente cheio, depois lotou muito... Precisa de uma administração melhor ali pq ficou todo mundo muito junto, quem não tem o vírus acaba pegando de quem tem.
