★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempre demora o atendimento, uma vez que passei pra conseguir um encaminhamento com um oftalmo ( no caso seria uma urgência ) pq tinha algo no meu olho que não sai, a moça da triagem não soube me orientar só falou que não fazia encaminhamento com oftalmo '-' . Fora os outros lugares ( no postinho ) só fazem agendamento que demora meses. No Edson mano na primeira vez não conseguiram ver algo no meu olho e só passou pomada, na segunda vez até viram fiquei 4 horas esperando uma resposta e nada se eu iria ia para a Unicamp no mesmo dia ou no outro, e a moça falou que não podia ligar pra me avisar tinha que ficar a espera da resposta.. ou seja vim embora meia noite sem saber ainda. É assim que funciona os atendimentos. ( E particular demora também em torno de uma semana ) é melhor pagar e ter a certeza que vou ser atendida do que ficar esperando sem ter respostas, infelizmente.

That's how care works. (And the private one also takes around a week) it is better to pay and be sure that I will be attended to than to wait without having answers, unfortunately.
