★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sempre, o serviço de saúde público é uma roleta russa. Raros os médicos que trabalham com vontade.
Passei na "Especialista" (por encaminhamento) 4 vezes e só ouvi : "volta semana que vem." "Marcar um retorno". Não receitou nada.
Depois de 4 retornos percebi que não há interesse em tratar nada, nem estava com meu prontuário. Ela só olha e "ah, tá bom. Marca um retorno."
Não sei as outras especialidades mas otorrinolaringologia..."É exame de vista"...ela só olha.

Very grateful to the medical staff, nursing staff, receptionists and kitchen at the Municipal Hospital. I was treated with great love, zeal and care during my surgery. Congratulations all professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa Tarde senhores! É com enorme decepção que venho relatar minha experiência com o hospital. Estou grávida de 19 semanas. Sabendo que o hospital é referência na área de maternidade e todos os casos são encaminhados para lá, me adiantei e fui até aí após quatro dias sem me sentir bem. Muita febre, muita dor de cabeça. Obs: vômito apenas no primeiro dia. Logo pela manhã chegando lá aferiram minha pressão e ouviram o coração da bebê, apenas. Disseram q tava tendo onda de virose, me receitaram um remédio e me dispensaram. Fui embora e continuei com muita febre e muita dor. Remédio algum autorizado estava ajudando, exceto na primeira hora. Meus familiares me convenceram a retornar lá a noite e pedir exame de urina e sangue pois aquela febre estava alertando para alguma infecção e como o plantão já deveria ter mudado, me enchi de esperança porque força mesmo eu não tinha, e fui. Chegando lá o msm ocorreu. Idêntico a única diferença é que o Dr fez também exame de toque e disse que estava tudo perfeito. Eu perguntei sobre a febre, pois eu já estava tomando paracetamol, ele me respondeu q qdo não estiver respondendo nem um pouco ao remédio aí sim eu devia me precupar. Peraí, oi? Até eu leiga no assunto sei q a febre quer mostrar q algo vai mal. Em uma grávida iria esperar eu voltar lá e minha bebê não ter mais batimentos? No outro dia fui no hospital do parque industrial que não tem ginecologista, porém após relatar meu caso, fui muito bem atendida e eles disseram q fariam o q pudessem que era exame de urina e sangue. Pessoas que amam o que fazem? Que tem respeito ao próximo? Que honram o que se propuseram a fazer qdo decidiram pela profissão? Enfim, descobrirmos que eu estava com uma infecção de urina fortíssima dessas que podem prejudicar fígados entre outros órgãos e não
APENAS UMA VIROSE como fui diagnosticada no hospital de vcs. Por favor, espero de vdd que mudem isso pq isso é brincar com vidas, meu problema é gravíssimo e espero ficar bem. Um apelo é para que todos possam ficar bem tbm. Façam exames, cuidem realmente e não esperem o pior acontecer para mudar isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pelo doutor Matheus Zanarotti, muita paciência, excelente médico, já faz uns dias me receitou um ótimo medicamento, já estou muito bem, precisei tomar uma injeção lá na unidade de insulina, nunca tinha tomado e confesso que estava com medo, a enfermeira foi muito gentil, conversando comigo me tratou muito bem nota 20 . Ainda bem que temos este hospital com pessoas comprometidas com a saúde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 5/4/2022, chegada no PS às 9h15, atendimento extremamente demorado, informações desencontradas e orientações dos próprios enfermeiros e funcionários não batem, cada um fala uma coisa. A triagem foi ok, o problema foi o atendimento médico. 2 horas pra fazer teste de covid, mais 2 horas para fazer de dengue, mais 2 horas para sair os resultados. Algo precisa feito.
Today, 4/5/2022, arrival at the ER at 9:15 am, extremely long service, mismatched information and guidance from the nurses and staff do not match, each one says one thing. Triage was ok, the problem was medical care. 2 hours to test for covid, 2 more hours to do dengue, 2 more hours to get the results. Something needs done.

Foi levado as pressas para este hospital dia 18/02/22 onde foi atendido com urgência e diagnosticado com apendicite grau 3. Foi operado sem.demora e tratado com muita humanidade por toda a equipe. Estava se sentido seguro pois como estava sozinho sabemos o quanto é difícil. Só Pude estar com ele no dia 19. Meu muito obrigado a toda a equipe. Parabéns pelo profissionalismo e humanidade. Deus abençoe a todos vocês.
We are residents of ES and my husband got really sick on the road... a truck driver. He was rushed to this hospital on 02/18/22 where he was treated urgently and diagnosed with grade 3 appendicitis. He was operated on without delay and treated with great humanity by the entire team. He was feeling safe because as he was alone we know how difficult it is. I was only able to be with him on the 19th. Thank you very much to the whole team. Congratulations on your professionalism and humanity. God bless you all.
