Uma pessoa passar vários anos cursando medicina para aceitar trabalhar em consultas-relâmpago de cerca de 10 até 15 minutos por cada paciente, com retorno para 60 dias é uma piada digna do Transtorno de Humor Negro que acomete a maior parte dos poderosos do mundo e deste imundo país, e estado degradado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, e ao recorrer ao médico de apoio simplesmente não existe, e para piorar um pouco mais ninguém atende o telefone, fiquei o dia todo ligando para o hospital e nada, total falta de respeito com que está apenas atrás de seus direitos.

Meu avô está internado lá desde o dia 08/08/19 na retaguarda clínica. Desde o dia 05/09, que ele espera por um atendimento com um especialista em arritmologia. Ontem, 17/10, o cardiologista deu alta, mesmo sem que ele passasse pelo especialista( durante todo este período eles não deram alta pois, segundo eles, meu avô não poderia sair de lá sem ser visto por este especialista), a decisão final só falta a dra Alessandra Dames dar a alta final, com o problema não resolvido. Meu avô mora no interior do estado. São 6 horas de viagem. Funcionários de lá, alguns sao arrogantes, prepotentes, intimidam acompanhantes, cometem muitos erros até o ponto de trocar as medicações dos pacientes.

Médicos e outros profissionais arrogantes que não sabem lidar com problemas psicológicos de ninguém. Cheguei ruim e saí pior do que já estava.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive com minha irmã no início de março de 2021 nesse hospital na parte de urgência e emergência (que leva a sigla SPA). Apesar do início do atendimento ter sido bom, durante os três dias que fiquei percebi que misturam os pacientes nas enfermarias com distintos diagnósticos, só via a equipe de enfermagem no momento de medicar os pacientes que dormem o dia todo e mesmo sendo um lugar de emergência não há nada para entreter pacientes (crianças principalmente) durante o momento em que não estão medicados Como minha irmã poderia ser ou não internada para um outro setor desse hospital para tratamento intensivo com psicóloga, terapeuta ocupacional e psiquiatra só consegui essa informação como se daria isso (caso ela realmente recebesse a indicação para o tratamento após a internação na emergência) porque fui atrás da psicóloga, que não vi nos três dias que fiquei por lá, visitando os pacientes nos quartos (mas fui muito bem atendida por ela). Nesse hospital tem psicólogo plantonista e psicólogo que inicia o expediente a tarde e finaliza a noite. O outro momento que vi alguém da equipe de enfermagem visitando os quartos também era quando havia troca de plantão. Os demais funcionários que entregam a comida ou quando vão dar o medicamento a noite, se as luzes já estiverem apagadas eles acendem sem nem pedir licença, na maior falta de educação; o banheiro da enfermaria onde estive com minha irmã também estava muito sujo, e o ralo do banheiro não tem proteção e fica bem no centro na parte do banheiro onde se toma banho; apenas no dia seguinte o banheiro foi totalmente higienizado, mas as lajotas, infelizmente, estão encardidas e a porta do banheiro, por ser de madeira compensada, encontrava-se muito ruim e com um pouco de mofo.

The other moment that I saw someone from the nursing team visiting the rooms was also when there was a shift change. The other employees who deliver the food or when they are going to give the medicine at night, if the lights are already off they turn on without even asking for permission, in the greatest lack of education; the bathroom of the infirmary where I was with my sister was also very dirty, and the bathroom drain is not protected and is right in the center in the part of the bathroom where you take a shower; only the next day the bathroom was completely sanitized, but the tiles, unfortunately, are grimy and the bathroom door, being made of plywood, was very bad and with a bit of mold.
