★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ginecologista desse hospital é sensacional!!! Ele é muito profissional, trabalha com vontade mesmo sabe? Questiona muito, te explica tudo muito bem, pergunta se quer fazer exames pra ver se esta tudo certo e respeita seu espaço. ❤️
 Gynecologist at this hospital is amazing!!! He's very professional, he works really hard, you know? He questions a lot, explains everything to you very well, asks if he wants to take tests to see if everything is right and respects his space. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ruim hospital vazio sem pacientes e uma médica de 01:40 da madrugada até às 03:00 da manhã fazendo internação somente de uma paciente a pior médica do plantão de 4 anos vindo a esse hospital sem consideração nem uma para uma paciente numa cadeira de roda deis das 23:00 da noite e nada o medicamento que ela toma pra dor é morfina e foi dado dipirona para ela e está morrendo de dor.depender de médicos que vem de corpo para não fazer nada não precisamos.
Terrible bad service empty hospital with no patients and a doctor from 01:40 in the morning until 03:00 in the morning hospitalizing only one patient the worst doctor on duty for 4 years coming to this hospital with no consideration for a patient in a chair around 23:00 at night and nothing the medicine she takes for pain is morphine and she was given dipyrone and she is dying of pain. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou 5 estrelas porque a equipe da enfermagem da madrugada que peguei após a minha cirurgia foi a pior de todas.
Fiz uma conização no dia 25 de nov. E fui extremamente bem atendida na internação. Os médicos, enfermeiros e anestesistas humanos e sabem acolher todos que ali precisam.
Mas tive a infelicidade de pegar um plantão de enfermeiros na madrugada que não sei explicar. Mas sofri muito. Fomos orientadas para não se levantar pq estavamos com tampão. Porém a vontade de urinar era grande. Tive dor de tanto esperar. Porque não foi colocado sonda.
E desde que internei só fiz uma refeição. Pq serviram fígado todos os dias. Depois que mencionaram uma nutricionista teria que ter passado no quarto perguntando o que não comíamos e se tinhamos restrição.
Outra coisa. Esse problema de não poder ter acompanhante é horrível. A acompanhante de uma senhora no quarto quem ajudou eu e mais uma pessoa do quarto. Não sei o que seria de nós sem ela.
Bom acredito que tirando este episódio. Foi tudo bem com a cirurgia e está sendo.
Dra Iramaia e Dra Fausto são os melhores médicos que já conheci. Parabéns!!
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the nursing staff at dawn I got after my surgery was the worst of them all.
I had a conization on the 25th of Nov. And I was extremely well taken care of during hospitalization. Doctors, nurses and human anesthesiologists know how to welcome everyone who needs it there.
But I had the misfortune to get a shift of nurses at dawn that I can't explain. But I suffered a lot. We were told not to get up because we had a tampon. But the urge to urinate was great. I was in pain from waiting so long. Because no probe was placed.
And since I've been hospitalized, I've only had one meal. Because they served liver every day. After they mentioned a nutritionist, I would have had to go to the room asking what we didn't eat and if we had restrictions.
Another thing. This problem of not being able to have a companion is horrible. The companion of a lady in the room who helped me and another person in the room. I don't know what we would do without her.
Well I believe that taking this episode. The surgery went well and it is.
Dr Iramaia and Dr Fausto are the best doctors I've ever met. Congratulations!!

E quero também agradecer ao Dr.Luciano Gibran e toda a sua equipe por toda atenção e carinho . Pela cirurgia de endometriosse que foi um sucesso graças a Deus. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade está sendo com minha esposa não acabou ainda pois ela precisa passar urgentemente por cirurgia a mesma não aconteceu ainda pois precisa passar por um outro especialista pra saber exatamente como vai ser a cirurgia estou muito preocupado pois estamos caminhando pra dois anos de luta para que ela volte ter uma vida normal sem dor entre outras coisas seu nome Maria Evani da Silva Santos as demais coisas como atendimento médicos e colaboradores são todos ótimos excelentes profissionais o atendimento não tem igual adorei pois a maioria das vezes eu acompanhei um hospital de excelência o ambulatório de diagnósticos rápido agora só falta a cirurgia de minha esposa mas tenho certeza que logo chega o mês de junho gostaria muito que fosse antecipado mas sei também que tem muitas outras só esperero que aguente um pouco mais obrigado Pérola byton

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe teve câncer de mama e fez a cirurgia nesse hospital em 2015, depois fez a quimioterapia em 2016 e gostou muito do atendimento prestado pela equipe médica de mastologia, os enfermeiros, o pessoal da recepção, as fisioterapeutas, as nutricionistas instruindo a todas com os cuidados com alimentação. Minha mãe terminou o tratamento e acompanhará com o mastologista uma vez por ano lá. Hoje ela está curada e muito grata.
My mother had breast cancer and underwent surgery at this hospital in 2015, then underwent chemotherapy in 2016 and really liked the care provided by the mastology medical team, nurses, reception staff, physiotherapists, nutritionists instructing everyone with food care. My mother finished the treatment and will follow up with the mastologist once a year there. Today she is healed and very grateful.

Contudo, os atendentes e alguns seguranças atendem muito de forma mal educada. Nos olham até com desconfiança.
Outro ponto, os acompanhates estão ficando do lado de fora tendo que sentar no chão como se fôssemos indigentes.
Até mesmo para usar o banheiro quase não deixam ficam nos observando como se fôssemos criminosos.
Todos que vem ao hospital estão passando por um momento delicado com seu familiar doente. E o que queremos é poder estar do lado dele (a). Até mesmo nos manuais médicos e a lei garante um acompanhante. Isto, é caso até mesmo de processo devido ao descaso que os acompanhates estão sendo tratados. O hospital se tivesse cheio seria até compreensivo. Mas não está.
Os acompanhates estão aqui pelo seu familiar e não para roubar o hospital. Ficar sentado no chão sendo que tem a sala de espera no interior do hospital que fica vazia.
Por fim, o tempo de espera marca 13 horas da tarde, muitas vezes o paciente estar em jejum e só atende às 16h da tarde. Outro descaso.
Algo tem que ser feito. Ninguém fica doente por opção. Pagamos os impostos temos que ter garantido o mínimo.
