★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse hospital está deixando a desejar como a maioria, algumas atendentes são maravilhosas e outras da até desgosto de olhar na cara, não dão bom dia, tarde e noite, ficam conversando no balcão, olhando celular, fazem pouco caso na parte de raio X, se não estão felizes com emprego, procure outros lugares!
Outro ponto sério desse hospital... q está acontecendo q antigamente não tinha essa falta de consideração com pacientes apenas 1 médico para vários pacientes?
 This hospital is lacking like most, some of the attendants are wonderful and others even hate to look in the face, they don't say good morning, afternoon and night, they talk at the counter, looking at their cell phone, they make light of the X-ray part, if you are not happy with the job, look elsewhere!
Another serious point of this hospital... q is happening q in the past there was this lack of consideration with patients only 1 doctor for several patients?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomem cuidado com o médico neurologista Dr. Alexandre Eduardo Costa. Fiz uma consulta com ele no Pró Saúde Araras e ele quis se negar a me atender, somente não o fez, pois fui insiste com o anti profissionalismo dele. Ele basicamente estava á noite no pronto atendimento em que o hospital estava vazio e reclamou por eu estar ali. O detalhe é que o meu problema era justamente na cabeça que estava doendo e por mais irônico que possa ser, ele é neurologista. Atitude totalmente desumana e desrespeitosa, sem contar a quebra ética da profissão médica.
Take care with the neurologist Dr. Alexandre Eduardo Costa. I made an appointment with him at Pró Saúde Araras and he wanted to refuse to see me, he just didn't do it, because I insisted with his unprofessionalism. He was basically at night in the emergency room where the hospital was empty and complained about me being there. The detail is that my problem was precisely in the head that was hurting and as ironic as it may be, he is a neurologist. Totally inhumane and disrespectful attitude, not to mention the ethical breach of the medical profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dos médicos ainda são bem arcaicos. São médicos que acham que são deus. Com o rei na barriga.
Tive o meu pior atendimento médico até hoje dentro de planos de saúde e consultas particulares e até mesmo pelo SUS.
Médico Alexandre do hospital Pro Saúde extremamente prepotente, nada empatico e não sabe ouvir. Quer dar apenas mediação sem saber dar um atendimento baseado em explicar os motivos do diagnóstico dele, além de debochar e ridicularizar e desconsiderar totalmente um opinião de uma outra médica online do Plano Sulamerica que me orientou a procurar um atendimento pra um melhor diagnóstico e levar o quebram havia identificado à distância. Médico vive no passado e não entendo o que faz uma pessoa se formar em medicina e ficar tanto tempo na faculdade pra depois prestar um péssimo serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa fez uma cirurgia lá, fomos muito bem atendidos, equipe de enfermagem e atendentes muito atenciosos e profissional sem nunca esquecer o lado humano, achei o atendimento até carinhoso, local limpo quartos com banheiros bons também, parabéns a vocês.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como utente do plano da Hapvida fomos muito mal atendidos no hospital. Ficamos esperando na fila para depois nos dar uma nova senha para ter que esperar ainda mais para retirar uma simples guia (o que já é um sistema ultrapassado por si só).
Ainda por cima no atendimento anterior a própria atendente havia dito que o procedimento era o que fizemos, mas aí chegou na hora e esperamos a toa.
As a user of the Hapvida plan, we were treated very poorly at the hospital. We wait in line and then give us a new password to have to wait even longer to get a simple tab (which is already an outdated system in itself).
On top of that, in the previous service, the attendant herself had said that the procedure was what we did, but then it arrived on time and we waited for nothing.
