Porém o atendimento nessessario não tem! Os médicos ou enfermeiro (a) difícilmente passa nos leitos pra ver os pacientes, toda responsabilidade dos pacientes fica por conta dos técnicos de enfermagem que por sorte fazem um bom trabalho. Fora esse questionamento sobre os médicos e enfermeiros o hospital tá de parabéns.
Excellent professional team.
However the nessessario service does not have! Doctors or nurses hardly go to bed to see patients, all patients' responsibility rests with the nursing technicians who luckily do a good job. Apart from this questioning about doctors and nurses, the hospital is to be congratulated.

Uma enfermeira do período da noite se aborreceu por ter que atender meu avô, ele estava morrendo de dores na bexiga(a sonda havia entupido e ele não conseguia urinar), dizendo que deveríamos ter ido ao posto(que estava fechado).
Apesar da situação de EMERGÊNCIA a mesma continuou reclamando de ter que fazer o atendimento(troca da sonda urinária), mesmo DURANTE o processo. Se já não bastasse o tratamento humilhante que meu avô recebeu, a "profissional" introduziu ERRONIAMENTE o equipamento no trato urinário do meu avô, PIORANDO a situação. Ele teve ainda mais dores ainda, e tivemos que levá-lo para o hospital em Porto Seguro

Me surpreendi com o atendimento, tranquilo e responsável, da parte de todos os funcionários, com o ambiente limpo e agradável. Estão de parabéns e que continuem melhorando cada vez mais.
My mother was sick and as this hospital is close to my house, I decided to stop by here, before taking her to Porto Seguro, although I didn't know it. I was surprised by the calm and responsible service provided by all employees, with a clean and pleasant environment. They are to be congratulated and may they continue to improve more and more.
