★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei internada por 24 dias, foi o suficiente pra sair com mais problemas, alguns enfermeiros são assistência psicológica básica, os psicólogo e psiquiatras são bons, o resto dos enfermeiros amarram os pacientes em crises, ou que se negam a comer toda a comida pq estavam cheios eram amarrados também, além da bela piscina e fonte de agua, existem quartos com camas de concreto e chuveiros queimados, seguranças que batem e agridem verbalmente os pacientes, lgbtqia+ sofrem homofobia por pacientes e seguranças, e se vc fala o motivo de estar ali, eles zombam da sua capacidade mental, física e tiram sarro da sua TENTATIVA DE SUICIDIO. Atendimento na portaria ótimo, falam que parece um spa, mas que na verdade é um inferno. Se você tem um doente internado nesse inferno, TIRE IMEDIATAMENTE, a pessoa pode voltar pior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O propósito do lugar deveria ser tratar os pacientes da melhor forma possível já que por diversas razões o paciente já está péssimo, precisando de tratamento.
Vamos começar pela propaganda enganosa de atividades o tempo inteiro já que na maior parte do tempo, os pacientes são trancados dentro do quarto.
Na hora do banho, você tem duas excelentes opções sendo a primeira tomar banho extremamente quente em modo fervendo sem condições alguma ou um banho de água gelada em um frio de 6 horas da manhã.
Você não tinha acesso a beber água direto e muita das vezes era negada submetendo o paciente a uma humilhação de beber água da pia do banheiro.
As moças da cozinha tratam os pacientes como se fossem seres humanos desprezíveis. Se você pedisse pouca comida elas colocavam uma montanha de propósito assim como muitas das vezes, se você pedisse para colocarem bastante por estar com fome, elas colocavam pouco. Além do fato que se você não comesse tudo você não poderia tomar um copinho de suco, além de você não poder beber água sempre, eles tiravam o suco também! Fora o fato da Lucinha tratar as pessoas de forma extremamente arrogante e obrigar a comer partes da comida que o paciente não gosta, uma vez tive que comer até vomitar.
Psicólogas como Talissa tratavam o paciente no deboche e qualquer coisa ameaçavam o paciente, coisa que sinceramente jamais deveria partir de uma profissional.
Seguranças como o João e o Júnior eram muito bons, já o Cleiton tratava de forma desumana muitos dos pacientes.
Técnicas de enfermagem e fisioterapeuta eram as únicas que salvavam e tratavam muito bem os pacientes como a Tati que digo com convicção que merece tudo de melhor, Eunesia, Ro, audenice, Lindi, Jessica, entre as outras que fazem parte da equipe, elas sim são uns amores de pessoas.
Já a assistente social soraya que deveria se dar o exemplo como profissional, tratava de péssima forma os pacientes além de debochar da situações, personalidades e afins.
O resto da equipe fazia tortura psicológica nos pacientes, zombavam da situação, sumiam com produtos de higiene e roupas, faziam o paciente se submeter a constrangimento. Tratamentos para pessoas com depressão, dependentes químicos entre outros precisam ter profissionais que sejam pessoas capacitadas a lidar da melhor forma o possível com os pacientes, dedicação e respeito, não tratar como se pessoas com problemas não fossem dignos, além de ser uma clínica particular que deveria oferecer o mínimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao saber que minha mãe seria internada, logo corri para olhar as avaliações e tentar "entender" o local aonde ela ficaria. Confesso que me assustei muito com as avaliações negativas, porém minha família foi tão bem acolhida por toda a equipe que optamos em autorizar a internação. Minha mãe acabou ficando por 30 dias internada e foi a melhor opção que tivemos para poder ajudá-la. Esperei ela sair, para ter certeza de tudo que irei descrever aqui: Não podemos ignorar o fato de que o local é um Hospital Psiquiatrico, com várias pessoas com diversos problemas de graus diferentes... Mas, ouvindo atentamente os relatos da minha mãe, a experiência dela foi muito positiva, o local é limpo, os profissionais a trataram com respeito, não teve os problemas relatados com a alimentação (os pratos são oferecidos nos tamanhos P/M/G e podia sim, optar por não querer algum dos alimentos oferecidos), tem bebedores em todas as alas e era solicitado à família que levasse a garrafinha para que eles levassem água para o quarto no período da noite (os quartos só são trancados para os pacientes dormirem... das 22h às 7h) e durante o dia os pacientes têm liberdade de participar das oficinas e atividades (pintura, artesanato, exercício físico, brincadeiras, teve baile de carnaval, à noite ouviam música e podiam até dançar), a piscina também é liberada se o grupo optar. Minha mãe estava com um problema no dedo, e deram continuidade no tratamento dela lá, com o acompanhamento da fisioterapeuta diariamente. Além de toda atenção e apoio que a equipe dá à família. Todas as vezes que precisamos falar com os responsáveis, sempre foram muito solícitos a nos atender e explicar detalhadamente a evolução do tratamento da minha mãe. Todos os pertences deixados são listados e na alta, podemos conferir tudo. Enfim, só temos à agradecer à equipe!!!

My mother had a problem with her finger, and they continued her treatment there, with daily monitoring by the physical therapist. In addition to all the attention and support that the team gives to the family. Whenever we needed to speak with those responsible, they were always very helpful to assist us and explain in detail the evolution of my mother's treatment. All belongings left are listed and upon discharge, we can check everything. Anyway, we just have to thank the team!!!
