★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento tanto dos médicos quanto dos enfermeiros foram excelentes. Acostumado com Copa Dor e Barra Dor, o Quinta Dor não deixa nada a desejar. Única coisa ruim é o atendimento do restaurante que é PÉSSIMO, e ainda é mais caro. Nisso o do Barra Dor dá um banho de 10 a 0. No almoço a menina que recebe na entrada não foi nem um pouco educada. No Café da Manhã passou do horário de fechamento 4 minutos por conta do médico passar no quarto e minha mulher estar internada no CTI inconsciente e precisar de mim, e quando pedi apenas 1 copo de café, sem frutas, sem pão, sem nada, apenas 1 copo de café, a mulher falou que não podia fazer nada, que acabou o tempo e se eu quisesse tinha que chegar mais cedo ou pagar por um espresso. Sou dono de restaurante e meus funcionários são orientados a ter empatia com o cliente. Esses funcionários nunca iriam trabalhar no meu restaurante, iriam pra rua por não ter empatia e não querer solucionar problema fácil do cliente (1 copo de café de 200ml que com absoluta certeza ainda tinha, pq só tinha passado 4 minutos). No Barra Dor é mais barato e mtu mais qualidade no atendimento. Tirando o restaurante, o Hospital é excelente.
 Both the doctors and nurses were excellent. Accustomed to Copa Dor and Barra Dor, Quinta Dor leaves nothing to be desired. The only bad thing is the service at the restaurant which is TERRIBLE, and even more expensive. In this, the one from Barra Dor gives a bath from 10 to 0. At lunch the girl who receives at the entrance was not polite at all. At breakfast, it was 4 minutes past closing time because the doctor was in the room and my wife was hospitalized in the ICU unconscious and needed me, and when I asked for just 1 cup of coffee, no fruit, no bread, nothing, just 1 cup of coffee, the woman said there was nothing she could do, that time ran out and if I wanted I had to arrive earlier or pay for an espresso. I am a restaurant owner and my employees are oriented to empathize with the customer. These employees would never work at my restaurant, they would go out into the street for not having empathy and not wanting to solve an easy customer problem (1 cup of 200ml coffee that I absolutely still had, because it had only been 4 minutes). At Barra Dor it is cheaper and much more quality in service. Apart from the restaurant, the Hospital is excellent.
