Temos que aguardar até sabe lá quando,a recepcionista disse que demora.
I thought it was absurd, a hospital of this size, not having an anesthesiologist.
We have to wait until who knows when, the receptionist said it takes time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo hospital, de primeiro mundo! Aparenta ser um hospital particular, mas é do SUS e super bem equipado. Os funcionários todos são muito educados e prestativos, as enfermeiras muito amorosas, a limpeza de todo o hospital é muito bem feita. Até os acessoristas dos elevadores são super bem treinados, a equipe de segurança super profissional. Excelente hospital! Todos aqui estão de parabéns! Um exemplo a ser seguido pelo Brasil a fora!!! Parabéns!!!?????
Great hospital, first world! It appears to be a private hospital, but it is SUS and super well equipped. The staff are all very polite and helpful, the nurses very loving, the cleanliness of the entire hospital is very well done. Even the elevator accessors are super well trained, the super professional security staff. Great hospital! Everyone here is to be congratulated! An example to be followed by Brazil abroad !!! Congratulations !!! ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência está sendo cansativa a 1 semana fui transferida pra cá para fazer cirurgia da vesicula, aqui foi descoberto algumas pedras foram pro canal da bile, desde aí meu sofrimento a máquina que faz esse exame quebrou e não tem previsão de quando chega enquanto isso estou aqui internada sem previsão de cirurgia, só acho q o hospital deveria da uma resposta mas não ninguém sabe nada, as infermera são um amor, quarto até concedente mas estão pecando nesse ponto cade a adm pra agilizar a chegada desse equipamento?se fosse pra morrer concerteza já estaria morta e a máquina é ninguém sabem dela.
My experience has been tiring for 1 week I was transferred here to undergo gallbladder surgery, here some stones were discovered that went into the bile duct, since then my suffering has been hospitalized here without surgery, I just think the hospital should give an answer but no one knows anything, the infermera are a love, room even granting but they are sinning at this point where is the adm to speed up the arrival of this equipment? if it were to die for sure would already be dead and the machine and nobody knows about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho foi transferido de manhã para fazer exames mais detalhados da situação dele, chegando lá ficamos esperando 10horas para aparecer um médico, não examinou só colocou a mão na barriga e nem receitou medicamentos. Agora me fala, meu filho tem 1 ano, ele já estava no hospital da minha cidade desde a madrugada, chegou nesse de manhã e foi embora a noite, um bebê não tem a mesmo paciência e compreensão de espera dos adultos, o coitado estava exausto e super irritado mas não poderia ir embora sem respostas né. E depois de muito perguntar o médico apareceu pra me liberar em 3 minutos. Os enfermeiros todos muito gentis nessa área de atendimento não tenho do que reclamar, mas essademora para um bebê eu achei inadmissível
My son was transferred in the morning to do more detailed examinations of his situation, when we got there we waited 10 hours for a doctor to appear, he didn't examine, he just put his hand on his belly and didn't even prescribe medication. Now tell me, my son is 1 year old, he was already in the hospital in my city since dawn, he arrived this morning and left at night, a baby doesn't have the same patience and understanding of waiting as adults, the poor thing was exhausted and super angry but I couldn't leave without answers right. And after a lot of asking the doctor came to release me in 3 minutes. The nurses are all very kind in this area of care, I have nothing to complain about, but this delay for a baby I found unacceptable
