Minha mãe internou no Hospital Imaculada Conceição em Guanhaes para uma cirurgia e teve o celular furtado dentro do hospital!!!! Como assim??? Como alguém entra e furta se aproveitando de um momento de fragilidade desses dentro de um hospital???
Entretanto o hospital deverá ser responsabilizado.
“A internação em estabelecimento hospitalar acarreta a celebração de contrato de depósito relativo aos pertences pessoais do paciente e dos acompanhantes. Por configurar relação de consumo, a responsabilidade do hospedeiro é objetiva, nos termos do art. 14 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, razão pela qual, constatado o furto da bagagem por preposto ou por quem seja admitido no estabelecimento, impõe-se a obrigação de indenizar, a menos que se demonstre a existência de alguma causa excludente de responsabilidade, como o caso fortuito, a força maior ou a culpa exclusiva da vítima.”

My mother was admitted to the Immaculada Conceição Hospital in Guanhaes for surgery and had her cell phone stolen inside the hospital !!!! As well??? How does someone enter and steal taking advantage of such a moment of fragility inside a hospital ???

Agradecimento em especial ao profissional Tales.Transferida para o Hospital São Francisco em BH, teve pleno atendimento. Obrigada, a todos os envolvidos.
