★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este enorme centro hospitalar, falta hoje, melhor estrutura e acomodações aos pacientes e servidores, falta também biombos, de proteção, para ser utilizado na higienização aos pacientes. Não deixando expor a privacidade e nudez dos mesmos acamados.
O Estado, (GOVERNO DO ESPIRITO SANTO) precisa urgentemente, planejar e construir um novo hospital, moderno, com aproveitamento da luz solar, na produção de energia, também nas entradas de luz no ambiente, pois a demanda é muito grande e super utilizada, não permitindo um certo conforto e bem estar nas acomodações, desta grande unidade de saúde hospitalar.
Já é preciso fazer um projeto estratégico e áreas específicas, com também, andares superiores, tendo facilidade de locomoção, introduzindo equipamentos modernos, necessários e diversos.
Os servidores em geral, procuram, se dedicar ao máximo as suas tarefas e tentando fazer o melhor, mesmo sem condições favoráveis.
Constatamos, no uso dos mesmos, que os banheiros das enfermarias, não davam, condições e espaço suficiente para os cadeirantes, chuveiros curtos e defeituosos que não atendem ao banho, (higiene) dos mesmos. Neste espaço, haviam, pacientes oriundos de vários lugares, principalmente advindos da divisa, parte de Minas Gerais e sul da Bahia.
Todos nós e as autoridades locais, devemos olhar com muito cuidado e carinho, pois este hospital, faz muito mais do que foi projetado, ele já está obsoleto, pois sabemos que, ele é um hospital de campanha, em seu projeto, foi doado e construído, para ser usado dentro de um tempo determinado, de 4 a 5 anos, aproximadamente e já se passaram mais de trinta anos e só foram feitos remendos e puxadinhos,
Penso que já passou da hora do governo do estado, olhar, com mais carinho e tomar as devidas, providências necessárias, para seguir o crescimento da região.
Parabéns servidores e funcionários do HERAS, vcs merecem todos os créditos nesta situação em que se encontram trabalhando com dedicação e amor ao próximo.
Esperamos que os governantes, tomem consciência e as devidas providências, para que este grande e funcional hospital, possa continuar atendendo e salvando vidas, não só de Capixabas, Mineiros, Baianos mais também, de transeuntes, que estejam visitando a esta linda e progressista região Norte Espírito-Santense!

We found, in their use, that the infirmary bathrooms did not provide enough conditions and space for wheelchair users, short and defective showers that do not take care of bathing, (hygiene) of them. In this space, there were patients from various places, mainly from the border, part of Minas Gerais and southern Bahia.
All of us and the local authorities, we must look at it with great care and affection, as this hospital does much more than it was designed, it is already obsolete, as we know that it is a field hospital, in its project, it was donated and built, to be used within a certain time, from 4 to 5 years, approximately, and more than thirty years have passed and only patches and little bits have been made,
I think that it is time for the state government to look more carefully and take the necessary measures to follow the region's growth.
Congratulations servers and employees of HERAS, you deserve all the credit in this situation in which you find yourself working with dedication and love for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um hospital referência só q aos passar dos anos o mesmos foi ficando sucateado....e não suporta toda a carga q ali está sendo posta nele sendo nescessário a construção de um novo para a tende a região ....poucos sabem mais as estalação são precária ....
It was already a reference hospital only q over the years it was getting scrapped .... and it doesn't support all the load q there is being put in it being necessary to build a new one for the tends to the region .... few know more the inns are precarious ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos hospitais que possui a pior estrutura pra atendimento e internação, apesar de possuir alguns profissionais excelentes, falta tecnologia e agilidade nós processos, tive que esperar vários dias pra transferir meu irmão deste Hospital, sendo que ele foi diagnosticado com CÂNCER, sem contar que precisei esperar 1 dia todo pra receber um cobertor sendo que havia pedido desde a manhã, espero que o governo ou a autoridade responsável tomem medidas cabíveis pra melhoria do mesmo.
One of the hospitals that has the worst structure for care and hospitalization, despite having some excellent professionals, lack of technology and agility in the processes, I had to wait several days to transfer my brother from this Hospital, and he was diagnosed with CANCER, not to mention that I had to wait 1 whole day to receive a blanket since I had asked for it since the morning, I hope the government or the responsible authority will take appropriate measures to improve it.
