★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha noiva fez cirurgia plástica recentemente neste hospital (pela master Helth) e não teve ajuda para se alimentar, se vestir e pra se arrumar na cama, já que não podia mexer os braços e nem se levantar sozinha. As enfermeiras demoravam para aparecer, não davam atenção e não iam lá pra saber se ela estava bem, sumiam, ela teve que ligar para uma amiga e pedir para que a mesma ligasse no hospital para pedir que fossem no quarto dela, atendimento totalmente desumanizado, estão sempre com pressa e faziam cara feia qndo ela pedia ajuda. Foi uma péssima experiência. Equipe de enfermagem despreparada. Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar registrado o meu descontentamento e insatisfação com o atendimento que tive no Hospital Rubem Berta. Operei sábado dia 14 de maio, fiz mamoplastia de aumento (submuscular). Foram 24h terríveis, passei mto apuros, não tive ajuda para comer, me vestir, ir ao banheiro, me ajeitar na cama, ajeitar meu cabelo, toda vez que eu apertava o botão de emergência, demorava pra aparecer alguém... E qndo vinha uma enfermeira, não tnha nenhum cuidado e atenção para comigo. Não tive uma boa assistência por parte de algumas enfermeiras (Daiane, Cleonice, outras), elas estavam sempre com pressa, qndo eu pedia pra me ajudar faziam de qualquer jeito como se eu tivesse pedindo mto, pra levar no banheiro era uma sacrifício pra elas.... Ficou nítido que elas não estavam afim de me ajudar. Entre a noite de sábado até a minha alta no Domingo de manhã, eu tive que levantar sozinha, arrumar minhas coisas e me vestir sozinha, sendo que eu estava impossibilitada de mover os braços e sem poder, precisei me virar porque nenhuma enfermeira apareceu para me ajudar. E sabendo que eu não tinha acompanhante, nenhuma enfermeira ia no quarto pra ver como eu estava, se estava bem, tive que me virar pra levantar da cama, pra ir ao banheiro. Por isso a agulha quebrou dentro da veia, fiquei um tempão com o acesso vazando sangue, a enfermeira ainda achou ruim, porq teria que fazer novamente. Sendo que foi por falta de atenção e cuidados dela que isso aconteceu. Ocorreram 2 situações: Por duas vezes, na pressa de sair logo do quarto, deixaram o botão cair no chão. Qndo precisei de ajuda pra me levantar não consegui chamar, eu fiquei desesperada, eu gritava, chamava e ninguém me ouvia... Liguei pra uma amiga, pedi pra ela ligar no hospital pra pedir que alguém fosse me acolher no quarto.... E mesmo assim, demorou bastante tempo até aparecer alguém.... O descaso foi grande, atendimento totalmente desumanizado. Total falta de amor.

That's why the needle broke inside the vein, I spent a long time with the access leaking blood, the nurse still thought it was bad, because I would have to do it again. And it was because of her lack of attention and care that this happened. There were 2 situations: Twice, in their haste to leave the room, they dropped the button on the floor. When I needed help to get up, I couldn't call, I was desperate, I screamed, called and no one heard me... I called a friend, asked her to call the hospital to ask someone to welcome me in the room.... And even so, it took a long time for someone to show up.... The neglect was great, totally dehumanized service. Total lack of love.
