★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira consulta nesse hospital com essa médica(Dra.Thereza)apesar de dizer tudo que eu estava sentindo ela muito mal olhou pra min,me senti negligenciada além de pagar só passou um monte de exames sem ao menos saber as minhas condiçoes.
My first consultation at this hospital with this doctor (Dr. Teresa) despite saying everything I was feeling she looked very badly at me, I felt neglected besides paying, she just passed a lot of exams without even knowing my conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, muita demora no cadastro e a espera de médico, mesmo sendo o único paciente, esperei 1:30h p ser atendido. A recepção cheia de funcionários conversando, gritando, dando gargalhadas e com conversas obscenas, médica atende vários telefonemas no meio do atendimento. Infelizmente péssima referência.
Bad service, a lot of delay in registration and waiting for a doctor, even though I was the only patient, I waited 1: 30h to be seen. The reception full of employees talking, shouting, laughing and having obscene conversations, a doctor answers several calls in the middle of the service. Unfortunately bad reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente até que foi eficiente, mas confesso que esse hospital é totalmente despreparado para atender qualquer paciente, muita falta de higiene. O enfermeiro dá sala de medicação sem condições, fiquei horrorizada mas era o que tava tendo no momento e o meu marido estava sentindo muita dor, então não tinha como tirar ele de lá e ir pra outro hospital. O enfermeiro de chinelo, sem luva, sem máscara e com uma roupa que ele usa no dia a dia. Cadê a vigilância sanitária gente?
The attendant was efficient, but I confess that this hospital is totally unprepared to attend any patient, a lot of poor hygiene. The nurse gives the medication room without conditions, I was horrified but it was what I was having at the time and my husband was in a lot of pain, so there was no way to get him out of there and go to another hospital. The nurse in a slipper, without a glove, without a mask and with a clothes he wears on a daily basis. Where's the health surveillance guys?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone não atende. Liga liga ou só faz chamar ou da ocupado . Tentei em um período de 1h isso existe não. Pior e ficar chamando até desconectar.
Phone does not answer. Call calls or just call or busy. Tried in a period of 1h this does not exist. Worse and keep calling until disconnected.

An absurd I spent exactly 2 hours calling and no one answers, the receptionists are doing whatever they want, they don't have time to answer a phone!
