★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema do hospital está na recepção péssimo atendimento 1:30 só pra fazer o cadastro depois q VC entra tudo muda a médica muito educa atenciosa as enfermeiras são rápidas educadas e prestativas mais a recepção acabada com todo o trabalho feito pelos profissionais lá dentro e uma pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais anti éticos, que dão informações para qualquer pessoa que não seja familiar internado lá. Aí me pergunto onde fica a ética profissional que o hospital tanto preza, supervisão desqualificada, em especial a supervisão/equipe do Quinto Andar que passa informações de pacientes para desconhecidos que ligam lá. No CTI, deixam entrar pessoas que não são familiares, tipo amantes de paciente etc.
Unethical professionals, who give information to anyone who is not a family member hospitalized there. Then I wonder where is the professional ethics that the hospital values so much, disqualified supervision, especially the supervision/staff at Quinto Andar that passes information from patients to strangers who call there. In the ICU, people who are not familiar are allowed in, like patient lovers, etc.

O atendimento, desde a portaria é excelente, funcionários educados, atendem muito bem, atenciosos, generosos, fazem tudo para que o paciente se sinta bem e confortável. Lá fiquei em observação por seis horas, recebi alimentação nutricional e de qualidade, muito gostosa e bem feita, uma delícia. A equipe de enfermagem muito boa, atenciosa e dedicada e o médico, eu Já o conhecia de outra ocasião e outro hospital, excelente profissional, muito atencioso e foi explicando todo o procedimento realizado e comunicando as minhas reações diante do procedimento médico realizado. Gostei muito do corpo clínico e do atendimento do Hospital Santa Lúcia.
At Santa Lucia hospital, he went to the Blood Center to have an image exam. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maioria das avaliações baixas é de pessoas sem noção: procurarem o hospital quando deveriam ter procurado um médico ou uma clínica de pronto atendimento. Toda demora que acontece neste hospital é em razão dos “sem noção”. Estive lá, na última vez, para um procedimento cirúrgico e tinha um cara na minha frente para fazer uma cirurgia no coração. Esse sem noção veio sem nenhuma documentação, que atrasou meu atendimento consideravelmente. Aí, por conta de um sem noção, tudo que chega mais tarde sofre um atraso.
O atendimento, da recepção ao procedimento, foi nota 10 com todos envolvidos. Destaque aqui para a Reysla, Dr. Pedro e Dr. Edmilson.
Most of the low ratings are from clueless people: going to the hospital when they should have gone to a doctor or an emergency clinic. Every delay that happens in this hospital is due to the "no clue". I was there last time for a surgical procedure and there was a guy in front of me doing heart surgery. This clueless came without any documentation, which delayed my service considerably. Then, because of a clueless person, everything that arrives later is delayed.
The service, from the reception to the procedure, was a 10 with everyone involved. Highlight here for Reysla, Dr. Pedro and Dr. Edmilson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu pai ao hospital Santa Lúcia no dia 24/02 por volta das 21:00hs pois ele não estava passando bem, hospital estava vazio, passou pela triagem e aguardamos por cerca de 1:30 hs pelo atendimento médico e nada, no consultório 2 médicas uma com nome de Débora Garcia conversavam por muito tempo deixando nos esperando até que não aguentamos mais esperar e fomos embora. É preciso entender que ninguém vai ao hospital porque quer e sim por necessidade e em um momento de extrema fragilidade estes profissionais deviam ter mais respeito com o próximo. Em tempo, a moça da recepção foi muito atenciosa. Sugiro a todos procurar outros hospitais que atendam com mais dignidade

It is necessary to understand that no one goes to the hospital because they want to, but out of necessity and in a moment of extreme fragility, these professionals should have more respect for others. In time, the lady at the reception was very helpful. I suggest everyone to look for other hospitals that serve with more dignity
