★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo hospital! Exames simples como um hemograma, levam séculos pra sair, não ficam médicos no hospital. Péssima gestão. Péssimo atendimento. Péssima organização. O hospital não tem um ponto positivo. Fujam desse hospital se quiserem ficar vivos.
Bad hospital! Simple exams like a complete blood count take ages to leave, doctors are not in the hospital. Bad management. Terrible attendance. Bad organization. The hospital does not have a positive point. Escape this hospital if you want to stay alive.

Great hospital, wonderful professionals with the exception of a few who on the first night that I spent my cesarean section were super inattentive with us and even a little ignorant. As a first-time mother, I was very lost and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Estive duas vezes por questão de emergência. A primeira não tinha médico. A segunda fiquei mais de uma hora aguardando e o médico simplesmente não apareceu. Isso porque era emergência. As enfermeiras/técnicas que ficam na sala destinada a emergência só estão lá pra, caso aconteça alguma coisa, o hospital não ser acusado de negligência. O médico mesmo não aparece. Nem digo que é ruim. Pra ficar ruim, tem melhorar MUITO.
Horrible. I've been twice as a matter of emergency. The first had no doctor. The second I was waiting for over an hour and the doctor simply did not show up. That's because it was an emergency. The nurses/technicians who stay in the emergency room are only there so that, in case something happens, the hospital is not accused of negligence. The doctor himself does not appear. I don't even say it's bad. To get bad, it has to improve A LOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, uma demora só para uma consulta, não tem um pingo de compromisso com os clientes. Não recomendo. Uma consulta que era para ser 15:30 já são quase 18:00 e nada até agora. Estou dando uma estrela pq não tem opção de dá nenhuma.
Terrible service, a delay just for an appointment, not a shred of commitment to customers. I do not recommend. An appointment that was supposed to be 15:30 is now almost 18:00 and still nothing. I'm giving one star because there's no option to give none.
