★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somente 3 atendentes, demoraram 1 hora e meia pra fazer a ficha. A dra nem olhou a garganta. Minha filha estava com 37 graus, dor de garganta, dor ouvido. Por ser adulta eu não onde entrar.
Only 3 attendants, it took 1 hour and a half to make the form. The dr didn't even look at her throat. My daughter was 37 degrees, sore throat, ear pain. As an adult, I don't know where to go.

Estudei enfermagem e meu sonho era compor este time.
Meu sonho foi realizado, consegui a tão sonhada vaga e me sinto profundamente feliz e grata por esta oportunidade! Tenho muito orgulho em fazer parte!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha de 25.anos foi ao PS com.falta de ar, já teve parada cardiorespiratória com 12 anos. Tem asma. Chegando lá, na triagem não perguntaram absolutamente nada sobre o histórico, ignoraram o que ela falou, estava com pressão alta. Fez teste de COVID ontem e deu negativo, a médica não a examinou, nem auscutou o pulmão só mandou tirar um Raio X, não fez uma inalação, a colocou na área de Covid ignorando o que a minha filha falou, não receitou nenhuma medicação ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO! Recomendo que reavaliem pois tanto na triagem quanto no atendimento médico os protocolos não foram respeitados.

My 25-year-old daughter went to the ER with shortness of breath, she already had a cardiorespiratory arrest at the age of 12. Has asthma. Arriving there, in the triage they did not ask anything about the history, they ignored what she said, she had high blood pressure. She took a COVID test yesterday and it was negative, the doctor did not examine her, nor did she listen to her lung, she just had an X-ray taken, she did not do an inhalation, she placed her in the Covid area ignoring what my daughter said, she did not prescribe any medication ATTENTION TERRIBLE! I recommend that you reassess because both in triage and in medical care, the protocols were not respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um hospital péssimo, uma política completamente sem noção de que só pode entrar uma pessoa, não posso acompanhar minha namorada por conta dessa política sem sentido.
Ela tem uma consulta hoje, e viemos com o intuito de até consumir um café da cafeteira mas fui barrado na porta sendo que eu que trouxe o carro e paguei pelo estacionamento.
Não recomendo, se seu convênio aceita outro hospital, procure outro.
Coloquei até a foto da minha visão na "área de espera". Completamente inaceitável isso.
Edit: acabei de notar que a entrada do estacionamento é compartilhada com a entrada de emergência das ambulâncias!! Na "área de espera" que eu estou, acabei de ver uma ambulâncias do SAMU brigando com o segurança acerca da entrada, é um absurdo o paciente que entra de maca passar pela mesma área onde você que não tem nada a ver com isso estar esperando pois foi barrado.

A terrible hospital, a completely clueless policy that only one person can enter, I can't accompany my girlfriend because of this pointless policy.
She has an appointment today, and we came with the intention of even having a coffee from the coffee maker but I was stopped at the door and I brought the car and paid for parking.
I don't recommend it, if your insurance accepts another hospital, look for another one.
I even put the picture of my vision in the "waiting area". This is completely unacceptable.
Edit: I just noticed that the parking entrance is shared with the ambulance emergency entrance!! In the "waiting area" I'm in, I just saw an ambulance from SAMU fighting with the security guard about the entrance, it's absurd for the patient who enters on a stretcher to pass through the same area where you, who have nothing to do with it, are waiting because it was barred.
No structure whatsoever.
