São Camilo já foi bom mas hoje está um lixo. Acho que teria sido melhor atendida no SUS, aliás teria sido sequer atendida, pois aqui nem isso fui. Perdi meu domingo, 04h nesse péssimo local, para ter que ir embora sem atendimento. Funcionários mal preparados e sem transparência para avisar que eStavam com poucos - ou nenhum - médico de plantão, só falando que jaja iria ser atendida…até uma paciente ir avisar que estavam sem nenhum médico de plantão, a única que estava apenas já selecionava o mesmo número sem atender ninguém, foi até embora…fora as senhas, que são chamadas aleatoriamente, ordem de chegada não existe?
Prioridade? Não sei dizer, pois sequer perguntaram se eu tinha alguma condição de saúde ou se estava grávida. Enfim, se procura um atendimento emergencial ou para covid, vá em outro hospital qualquer ou até mesmo em uma UBS que será melhor atendido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que houve com o São Camilo Santana? Atendimento simplesmente despencou em qualidade. Na medicação, 30min sentado na poltrona depois que chamam e só fui medicado depois que conversei com uma responsável grosseirissma da madrugada. Inacreditável que só a triagem preste! Processos e organização precisam ser revistos com URGÊNCIA.
 What happened to São Camilo Santana? Service simply plummeted in quality. On medication, 30min sitting in the armchair after being called and I was only medicated after I talked to a responsible person very rudely at dawn. Unbelievable that only screening works! Processes and organization need to be urgently reviewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui internada de forma emergencial ontem, 12/05, com fortes dores no peito e braço esquerdo. Fui direto para UTI. Meu marido chegou no início da noite e pasmem não pôde ser meu acompanhante, pois só tenho 52 anos. Porém faço tratamento psiquiátrico e para o hospital isso deve ser frescura.Até aí ok, compreendi, mas hoje dia 13, quando desci para o quarto, meu marido também foi impedido de ficar comigo. Eles não explicam nada direito. Tive de ficar de camisola no corredor pedindo informações por que meu marido não podia me ver. Com fortes dores e totalmente desnorteada, parecia uma maribunda… Entendo a pandemia, tudo, mas só precisava de alguém que ficasse perto de mim um pouco. Fora que minha pressão estava muito baixa à noite e iam me dar remédio para baixar mais ainda. Gente, olha isso!!! Tive de repetir várias vezes, quando dei entrada no hospital os remédios que tomava. Já era de conhecimento do hospital que eu tomava muitas medicações para ansiedade e pânico. Não tiveram profissionalismo nem cuidado. Fora a coberta rasgada que pedi pra trocar, a água que não tinha e que esperei mais de 3 horas depois que desci para o quarto. Lamentável. Um hospital totalmente destreinado que oferece riscos aos pacientes.
I was hospitalized in an emergency yesterday, 05/12, with severe pain in my chest and left arm. I went straight to the ICU. My husband arrived at the beginning of the night and amazingly he couldn't be my escort, because I'm only 52 years old. However, I am undergoing psychiatric treatment and for the hospital this must be fresh. So far it's ok, I understood, but today, the 13th, when I went down to my room, my husband was also prevented from staying with me. They don't explain anything properly. I had to stand in my nightgown in the hallway asking for directions because my husband couldn't see me. In severe pain and totally bewildered, I looked like a maribunda… I understand the pandemic, everything, but I just needed someone to stay close to me a little. Apart from that my blood pressure was very low at night and they would give me medicine to lower it even more. Guys, look at this!!! I had to repeat the medication I was taking several times when I was admitted to the hospital. The hospital already knew that I took a lot of medication for anxiety and panic. They weren't professional or caring. Apart from the torn cover that I asked to change, the water that I didn't have and that I waited more than 3 hours after I went down to the room. Unfortunate. A fully untrained hospital that poses risks to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 16/01 estive no PS para ser atendido com muito descaso pelo medico que deu preferencia a uma paciente de particular a mim, fiz os exames e aguardei os resultados do raio x ja que o de covid teria que esperar por 24h, ate ai ok. Ele relatou que no raio x estava tendo algumas alterações e que ao sair o resultado de covid se positivo pra voltar ao PS imediato. Voltei na terça pois o resultado saiu as 22h do dia 17/01, só voltei porque passei muito ruim a noite toda, fiquei com medo pois tenho doença cronica. Ao chegar no hospital uma enfermeira encaminhou direto a sala de uma medica que me tratou feito lixo na cadeira de rodas, me removendo aos gritos da sala e empurrando a cadeira e fechando a porta. Depois mandaram para outro medico que pediu exames de sangue para comparar com os de domingo (que o colega nem havia solicitado), sou alergico a dipirona e foi sinalizado tanto no bracelete vermelho quanto para o medico tres vezes, na hora da medicacao apos 4 horas ja nesse vai e vem, era a bendita dipirona que ele prescreveu. Fiz a tomografia e disseram nao ter achados significativos para a minha dor. Mesmo assim me deram tramal e outros remedios. Não conseguia nem me sustentar no meu proprio corpo. A falta de ar é constante, porem se sua saturação nao estiver em zero eles nao tao nem ai. Por fim as 19h fui internado. Me deram atencao as 23:30h e medicaram nesse horario, onde logo consegui descansar com sedativo e analgesico. Passou a noite toda e as 9h alguem veio se apresentar, com uma medicacao. Toquei a campanhia e vieram depois de 12 minutos, estava com falta de ar, taquicardia e muita ansiedade, com muco na tosse e a tomografia que nao tinha dado nada hoje misteriosamente consta algo. Sinalizei por inumeras vezes que nao to respirando direito mas nada é feito. A medica passou as 16h e ate agora as 19:20h ainda nao lancou as medicacoes no sistema. Entendo que deva estar um auê nas alas do hospital, mas deixar o paciente jogado e não escutar o que esta sendo sinalizado é desumano. Se não quer atender, se nao ta a fim de trabalhar, se esta cansado ou qualquer outro motivo, vai pra casa, descansa! O Hospital esta uma zona caotica pela falta de organizacao não é pelo numero de pacientes!
On the 16/01th I was at the PS to be treated with great disregard by the doctor who gave preference to a particular patient to me, I did the exams and waited for the x-ray results since the covid would have to wait for 24 hours, until then ok . He reported that the x-ray was having some changes and that when the result of covid came out, he was positive to return to the immediate PS. I came back on Tuesday because the result came out at 22:00 on 01/17, I only came back because I had a really bad time all night, I was scared because I have a chronic disease. Upon arriving at the hospital, a nurse sent straight to a doctor's room who treated me like trash in a wheelchair, removing me screaming from the room and pushing the chair and closing the door. Then they sent it to another doctor who asked for blood tests to compare with those on Sunday (which the colleague had not even requested), I am allergic to dipyrone and it was signaled both on the red bracelet and to the doctor three times, at the time of medication after 4 hours already in this coming and going, it was the blessed dipyrone he prescribed. I did the CT scan and they said there were no significant findings for my pain. Even so, they gave me tramal and other medicines. I couldn't even support myself in my own body. The shortness of breath is constant, but if your saturation is not at zero they don't care. Finally, at 19:00, I was hospitalized. They gave me attention at 11:30 pm and medicated me at that time, where I was soon able to rest with sedatives and painkillers. He spent the whole night and at 9 am someone came to introduce himself, with medication. I rang the bell and they came after 12 minutes, I had shortness of breath, tachycardia and a lot of anxiety, with mucus in the cough and the CT scan that had not given anything today mysteriously says something. I've signaled countless times that I'm not breathing properly but nothing is done. The doctor passed 4:00 pm and so far at 7:20 pm she still hasn't released the medications into the system. I understand that there must be an auê in the hospital wings, but leaving the patient lying around and not listening to what is being signaled is inhumane. If you don't want to answer, if you don't feel like working, if you're tired or for any other reason, go home, rest! The Hospital is in a chaotic area due to the lack of organization and not because of the number of patients!

Santana e é um completo desrespeito com os
pacientes. Estou grávida de 6 meses e trouxe
minha filha aqui hoje. É um completo absurdo o
atendimento que estão oferecendo. Nós mães
entendemos que chegam casos com
prioridade, mas o atendimento não está sendo
alternado. Quem tem atendimento com
pulseira amarela vai passando na frente e as
crianças com pulseira verde vão ficando para
trás. É revoltante. Apenas 2 médicos
atendendo em um hospital desse porte.
Revoltante!!! 3 horas de espera com 25 crianças na nossa frente ainda. Estou indo embora sem minha filha ser atendida! Um

We are here in the children's PS of
Santana and is a complete disrespect for the
patients. I'm 6 months pregnant and I brought
my daughter here today. It is complete nonsense
service they are offering. we mothers
we understand that cases arrive with
priority, but the service is not being
alternating. Who has care with
yellow bracelet passes in front and the
children with green wristbands are getting to
back. It is revolting. only 2 doctors
attending a hospital of this size.
Revolting!!! 3 hours of waiting with 25 kids in front of us still. I'm leaving without my daughter being attended to! One

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estive dia 15/03/22 para uma cirurgia de septo com o Dr Araken e eu to sem palavras para toda a equipe do São Camilo comigo e para com a minha mãe como fomos bem tratadas e como foi tudo bom me senti segura e bem, agradeço imensamente a toda equipe de enfermeiros, limpeza, anestesista e a recepção tbm. Todos muito bons excelentes em tudo. Meu muito obgda!!!
I was on 03/15/22 for a septum surgery with Dr Araken and I am speechless for the entire São Camilo team with me and for my mother how well we were treated and how good everything was I felt safe and well , I am immensely grateful to the entire team of nurses, cleaning, anesthesiologist and the reception as well. All very good, excellent in everything. My thank you very much!!!
