★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital em si é muito bom, tem senhores aposentados na portaria que tratam hiper bem!
Porém ao chegar na sala de medicação e coleta de exames, as técnicas enfermeiras não tem educação nenhuma, são grossas, conversam super alto, gritam, gargalham e nos deixam mais doentes, fora que a técnica foi coletar meu sangue, não tinha experiência nenhuma, furou meu antebraço e deixou meu braço totalmente roxo, sendo que veio um moço depois e tirou de primeira, porém fiquei com o roxo um mês.
Parabéns aos médicos e equipe, mais treinamentos e etiqueta aos técnicos de enfermagem.
The hospital itself is very good, you have retired gentlemen at the concierge who treat you well!
But when I get to the medication room and the examination room, the nurses have no education at all, they're thick, they talk super loud, they scream, they laugh and they make us sicker, the technique was to collect my blood, pierced my forearm and left my arm totally purple, and then a young man came and took it out first, but I got purple for a month.
Congratulations to the doctors and staff, more training and etiquette to the nursing technicians.
