★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior hospital da cidade, sem médicos, sem atendimento, um lixo! Doentes idosos, o dia inteiro passando mal e o pessoal com pouco caso, mandam enfermeiros vim atender, que não resolve nada! Melhor ir para o Hospital Municipal!
 Worst hospital in town, no doctors, no care, rubbish! Elderly patients, the whole day feeling sick and the staff with little case, send nurses to come to attend, which does not solve anything! Better go to the Municipal Hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo a demora dos médicos plantonistas para atender, pausas longas demora de mais de 1:30 para passar pelo primeiro médico Plantão. Falta total de organização, além de pessoas mal educadas no atendimento!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horripilante, duas ultimas vezes que vim demorou pra ser atendido. tem gente aqui a duas horas esperando atendimento enquanto tem dois medicos nos consultorios certamente dormindo porque nao chama ninguém, nao tem com quem reclamar. quem é bem atendido aqui é porque veio num dia de sorte

Paciente aguardando 2 horas para ser realizada a coleta para exame, 2 horas apenas para a coleta.
Total descaso com as pessoas.
Deveria fechar as portas.
Lamentável, nunca vi tanto despreparo, desrespeito e falta de profissionalismo e gestão.
Penso que até pra ser amador existe um limite.
Felizmente pra minha sorte não sou da cidade. Se depender de mim não passo nem na porta.
Fui obrigadao a dar uma estrela, para poder fazer a avaliação.

Regrettably, I have never seen so much unpreparedness, disrespect and lack of professionalism and management.
I think even to be an amateur there is a limit.
Luckily for me, I'm not from the city. If it's up to me, I won't even go through the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvidas a pior maternidade da cidade.
Estou passando p relatar meu trauma. Entrei em trabalho de parto dia 22 de madruga, esperei ao máximo para ir pq qria um parto normal, fiz plano de parto e tudo mais. Dei entrada no hospital as 4 da manhã, estava tudo bem, a médica que me atendeu foi ótima, cheguei com 5 cm já e estava tudo ocorrendo muito bem.
As 6 infelizmente trocou o plantão e meu pesadelo começou.
Fiquei no quarto sozinha, sem ninguém ao menos me orientando para agilizar o trabalho de parto, tinha estudado muito a respeito.
Quando a médica Larissa chegou, foi fazer o toque eu ainda estava com 5 cm ( dilatação demora mesmo e não existe essa de vc nao dilatou) desde o primeiro momento tava na cara dela que ela não tava afim de fazer um parto normal, até pq quando ela entrou perguntou pq eu tava com aquela cara, afinal eu não qria parto normal?. Continuei meus esforços p evoluir, ela voltou e fez outro toque, tinha aumentado p 6 cm, ai ela pediu monitoramento do bebê.
Fizeram e não me falaram nada na hora se estava tudo bem ou não, saíram e depois voltaram para me dizer que era melhor uma Cesárea pq meu bebe tava cansado ( em uma hora dessa vc nao sabe até onde é vdd, vc só tem medo e aceita)
Antes disso uma enfermeira chamada Rafaela entrou com uma seringa e disse que ia fazer em mim, eu perguntei o que era na seringa, ela disse: " protocolo do hospital"
Eu disse que qria saber o iam aplicar em mim, ela foi super grossa e ficou brava por eu ter perguntado.
Enfim, fui para o centro cirúrgico depois de 2 hrs que a médica me disse que eu iria p cirurgia.
Chegando lá uma muvuca o ar tava no último, eu pedi p diminuir pq estava com muito frio. Pelada, tremendo e me falaram que eles iriam derreter. Me cobriram toda, me amarraram, meu marido não assistiu nada, não deixaram meu bebe fazer golden hour, fizeram tudo o que eu tinha deixado claro que não qria. E p concluir enfiaram uma chupeta de luva de plástico na boca do meu bebê.
P mim foi traumatizante, não consigo lembrar sem chorar de tudo, porém assim que der, com toda certeza uma denúncia por violência obstétrica eles receberão!

I'm going to report my trauma. I went into labor on the 22nd of dawn, I waited as long as I could to go because I wanted a normal birth, I made a birth plan and everything. I was admitted to the hospital at 4 am, everything was fine, the doctor who attended me was great, I arrived with 5 cm already and everything was going very well.
At 6 unfortunately changed the shift and my nightmare began.
I stayed in the room alone, without anyone even guiding me to speed up the labor, I had studied a lot about it.
When the doctor Larissa arrived, she went to do the touch, I was still 5 cm (dilation takes a while and there's no such thing as you didn't dilate) from the first moment it was in her face that she didn't want to have a normal delivery, until because When she came in, she asked why I had that face, after all I didn't want a normal birth?. I continued my efforts to evolve, she came back and made another touch, it had increased to 6 cm, then she asked for monitoring of the baby.
They did and didn't tell me anything at the time if everything was fine or not, they left and then came back to tell me that a Cesarean was better because my baby was tired (at a time like this you don't know how far it is, you're just afraid and accepted)
Before that, a nurse named Rafaela came in with a syringe and said she was going to do it on me, I asked what was in the syringe, she said: "hospital protocol"
I said I wanted to know what they were going to apply to me, she was super rude and mad that I asked.
Anyway, I went to the operating room after 2 hours the doctor told me that I would go to surgery.
When there was a crowd, the air was at the last, I asked to decrease it because it was very cold. Naked, shaking and I was told they would melt. They covered me all over, tied me up, my husband didn't watch anything, they didn't let my baby do golden hour, they did everything I had made it clear I didn't want. And finally, they stuck a plastic glove pacifier in my baby's mouth.
For me it was traumatizing, I can't remember it all without crying, but as soon as I can, they will certainly receive a complaint for obstetric violence!
