Estive aqui ontem 02/03/21, com praticamente todos os sintomas de covid, me desceram da área laranja e me colocaram na recepção, q TB tinha alguns idosos, quando o médico me atendeu, tudo q falei com o enfermeiro da área laranja falei pro médico, e não tinha nada anotado pra ele o que falei, o médico pediu tomografia, e outros exames, menos o de covid, e eu fique na sala de observação do lado de um idoso. Ressaltando que eu estava passando muito mal, tosse, febre, e com uma dor insuportável dor no corpo, o médico falou q eu tava assim devido ao emocional. Hoje fui a farmácia fazer o teste rápido pra desencargo de consciência, e deu positivo. Resumindo, na vontade no atendimento, sem preocupação com os demais, capitalistas, pois além de todos os exames, tive que voltar. Eu trabalho com pessoas que tem parentes de grupo de risco, minha família é grupo de risco, é um desrespeito e falta de noção e compromisso!

Emphasizing that I was feeling very bad, coughing, fever, and with unbearable pain in my body, the doctor said that I was like this due to the emotional. Today I went to the pharmacy to do the quick test to clear my conscience, and it was positive. In short, willingness to attend, without concern for the others, capitalists, because in addition to all the exams, I had to go back. I work with people who have relatives from a risk group, my family is a risk group, it is disrespectful and lack of notion and commitment!

Péssima. Desumano, tratam o paciente como lixo. Médico plantonista Fred Garcia foi embora porquê seu plantão terminava às 19:00 e se recusou a atender uma paciente que chegou as 18:30 e chorava de dor no corredor do hospital.
Terrible. Inhuman, they treat the patient like garbage. Physician on duty Fred Garcia left because his shift ended at 7:00 pm and refused to see a patient who arrived at 6:30 pm and was crying with pain in the hospital corridor.

Minha mãe fez um procedimento hj dia 26/04/2022, foi muito bem tratada! Ficamos encantados com o atendimento desde a portaria, bloco cirúrgico, enfermagem! A comida gostosa e bem embalada!!! Obrigada

Hospital está fazendo reformas e hoje dia 25/01 presenciei caindo pedaços de concreto que estavam sendo removidos próximo da entrada, em uma área que estava isolada. Mas no fim o profissional não estava respeitando o espaço necessário! Após esse fato na entrada, recepção estava com uma colaboradora distribuindo senhas, outra atendendo e outro sentado. Mais de 30 pessoas esperando e pra tirar um simples raio x que fica no segundo andar, você tem que esperar no meio desse pessoal todo e ouvi pessoas relatando mais de uma hora de espera. Senti o hospital despreparado, sem pensar no próximo e não parecia que estava em um local particular, e que atende por convênio. Não esperei e amanhã estarei realizando o exame em outro local. Se existem tantas pessoas aguardando por atendimento, por que não existem tantas pessoas para recepcionar e atender? Sendo que existem vários guichês. Lamentável!

But in the end the professional was not respecting the necessary space! After this fact, at the entrance, reception was with an employee distributing passwords, another attending and another seated. More than 30 people waiting and to take a simple x-ray that is on the second floor, you have to wait in the middle of all these people and I heard people reporting more than an hour of waiting. I felt that the hospital was unprepared, without thinking about the next one and it didn't seem like I was in a particular place, and that it meets by agreement. I didn't wait and tomorrow I'll be taking the exam in another place. If there are so many people waiting for service, why aren't there so many people to welcome and serve? So there are several guides. Unfortunate!
