★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha ficou esperando muito para ser atendida, tive que falar com a recepcionista, pois nem a triagem tinham feito. Qdo conseguiu ser atendida pelo Médico Dr. Danilio Carlos de Oliveira. CRM 11.048
Nem examinou minha filha, passou um remédio pra dor e inclusive se recusou a olhar um exame que já tinha em mãos.
Deixo aqui registrado, se alguma coisa acontecer com. Minha filha, vou entrar com um processo criminal contra esse que se diz médico e esse hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Meu filho chegou lá às 16:30 e 21:30 não tinham chamado ele ainda. Onde vamos chegar? Com convênio é assim, imagina pelo SUS? Se fosse grave, teria morrido.
Trocaram de médicos às 19:00 e começaram a atender quase 21:00.
Vergonhoso, humilhante, decepcionante.
Terrible. My son got there at 16:30 and 21:30 had not called him yet. Where are we going? With covenant is like this, imagine by SUS? If it were serious, it would have died.
They switched doctors at 7:00 pm and started to attend almost 9:00 pm.
Shameful, humiliating, disappointing.

Atendente com muita má vontade.
Minha filha passando muito mal e vomitando e estamos a mais de duas horas sem atendimento.
O ventilador para o público de espera do pronto socorro estava desligado e pedi para que ligasse e ninguém me deu nenhuma satisfação.
Impressionado com o descaso.
I was attended at this hospital on 19/01/2020.
Clerk with very bad will.
My daughter is very ill and vomiting and we have been without care for more than two hours.
The ventilator for the emergency room waiting audience was off and I asked to call and no one gave me any satisfaction.
Impressed by the neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! Evito ao máximo, mas infelizmente não temos muita opção não é mesmo? Hoje (30/08/19), estive com minha filha de 5 anos para passar no clínico geral. O prontuário dela foi aberto às 10h19 (sei dessa precisão porque depois liguei para o convênio para confirmar o cancelamento do atendimento) filha filha passou rápido pela triagem e voltou para a recepção. O médico chamou somente 1 (uma) pessoa, outras que entraram sem a triagem por conta da urgência (acredito). Em um dado momento (em que as moças da limpeza pediram para mudarmos de lugar para elas fazerem a limpeza) a recepção estava com no máximo 7 pessoas. O médico saiu para almoçar ou porque acabou o plantão dele e a recepção começou a ficar muito cheia ! Quando um outro médico começou a chamar novamente, chamou o nome de um paciente que tinha chegado há pouquíssimo tempo (passado rápido pela triagem tbm e isso já por volta das 13h30) e o médico indicou para ele voltar na recepção e fazer algo, depois chamou outro paciente. Eu intervi, pois minha filha (que não é melhor do que ninguém, mas merece respeito) não tinha sido chamada e ele (ao meu entender estava dando prioridade para quem havia chegado depois). Eu li e sei que no caso dela é tolerável até 210minutos de espera de atendimento, PORÉM eu interferi na chamada do médico e falei que minha filha estava esperando atendimento desde às 10h20. Ele disse que seguia o que estava com ele e que NÃO ERA PROBLEMA DELE. O MÉDICO DISSE QUE NÃO É PROBLEMA DELE MINHA FILHA FICAR ESPERANDO NA RECEPÇÃO SEM ATENDIMENTO. A culpa é minha???? Pedi o cancelamento do atendimento (a enfermeira foi muito educada e solícita) anotei o número da ouvidoria e estou tentando fazer uma reclamação desde que saí. Nem o atendimento médico e muito menos a OUVIDORIA funcionam!
TERRIBLE! I avoid it the most, but unfortunately we don't have much choice right? Today (08/30/19), I was with my 5 year old daughter to go to the general practitioner. Her medical record was opened at 10:19 am (I know that because I later called the agreement to confirm cancellation) daughter daughter went through the screening quickly and returned to the reception. The doctor only called one (1) person, others who entered without screening because of the urgency (I believe). At one point (when the cleaning girls asked us to move places for them to do the cleaning) the reception was with a maximum of 7 people. The doctor went out to lunch or because his shift was over and the reception started to get very crowded! When another doctor started calling again, he called the name of a patient who had arrived very recently (swift screening also around 13:30) and the doctor told him to go back to reception and do something, then called Another patient. I intervened because my daughter (who is no better than anyone but deserves respect) had not been called and he (as I understand it was giving priority to those who arrived later). I have read and know that in her case it is tolerable up to 210 minutes waiting for care, but I interfered with the doctor's call and said that my daughter had been waiting for care since 10:20. He said that he was following what was with him and that it was not his problem. The doctor said it was no problem for him that my daughter would be waiting at the desk unattended. The fault is mine???? I asked to cancel the service (the nurse was very polite and helpful) I wrote down the number of the ombudsman and I'm trying to make a complaint since I left. Neither the medical care nor the Ombudsman work!

Hospital muito cheio, onde os mais graves vão passando na frente e aqueles que não estão tão graves, ficam horas infinitas esperando.
Precisam colocar mais médicos para que todos sejam atendidos, visto que se vou ao hospital, é porque estou precisando, independente da urgência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um procedimento de cerclagem colo do útero pela UNIMED , ate ai correu tudo bem graças a Deus, o problema começou após minha ida para o quarto, ambiente péssimo, muito mal limpo o local, faltou ate papel higiênico, sangue pelo chão por causa do acesso do soro, demorou muito tempo para limpar o quarto, e isso tudo só foi feito após varias reclamações, extremamente decepcionada com o atendimento.
