★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu irmão Hugo fez uma tomografia dia 22 de abril de 2021 uma quinta-feira pela manhã, fiquei de pegar o laudo dia 26 as 17:00h, no dia 27 as 8h eu cheguei no laboratório pra pegar o laudo, o pessoal do atendimento disse que o laudo não estava no sistema e que iriam entrar em contato com o médico, duas horas depois e nada, sendo que eu já tinha marcado uma consulta neste mesmo horário com outro médico para pegar o resultado do exame. Imagina o transtorno, sem o laudo, sem a consulta e meu irmão passando mal. Muita falta de respeito.
My brother Hugo did a CT scan on April 22, 2021, on a Thursday morning, I got the report on the 26th at 17: 00h, on the 27th at 8h I arrived at the laboratory to get the report, the service staff said that the report was not in the system and that they would contact the doctor two hours later and nothing, since I had already made an appointment at this same time with another doctor to get the test result. Imagine the disorder, without the report, without the consultation and my brother feeling sick. Much lack of respect.
