★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando entrar em contato com o hospital para marcar consultar, a secretária eletrônica atende dizendo que leva até sete minutos para ser atendido, quando chega perto de sete minutos a ligação cai. Não se consegue falar com ninguém. Se é assim no telefone imagina lá dentro. Não é a toa que perde muitos pacientes. Meus amigos me falam a mesma coisa, que por telefone não se resolve nada, ainda mais neste tempo de pandemia que o telefone deveria ser o principal recurso para comunicado para não aglomerar o hospital.
Ainda bem que tem hospital Porto Dias.
Diretoria verifiquem o serviço de atendimento de vocês!! Desse jeito Vocês devem estar perdendo muitos clientes.
I'm trying to get in touch with the hospital to make an appointment, the answering machine answers saying that it takes up to seven minutes to be answered, when it gets close to seven minutes the call drops. You can't talk to anyone. If it's like that on the phone, imagine it inside. No wonder he loses many patients. My friends tell me the same thing, that over the phone nothing can be solved, especially in this time of pandemic that the phone should be the main resource for communication so as not to crowd the hospital.
Good thing there's a Porto Dias hospital.
Board, check your customer service!! That way You must be losing a lot of customers.

Estou com uma queimadura de 2° grau em uma área de extensão.
Cheguei no pronto atendimento aproximadamente às 10:00 com muita dor. Tive demora para ser atendida porque o sistema estava ruim, me passaram uma medicação, na área da medicação muitos funcionários conversando uma demora para medicarem. Não passaram nada tópico em minha queimadura e eu disse que precisava de uma dermatologista com urgência. O meu esposo foi pessoalmente no andar de cima e não permitiram ele agendar a consulta pessoalmente. Me direcionaram para o telefone o qual eu liguei 10 vezes. Teve ligação que esperei 14 minutos e quando alguém me atendida caia a ligação. Então só conseguiram me encaixar na dermatologista quando liguei para a polícia. Fui atendida aproximadamente 17 horas da tarde. Sem nenhuma preferência mesmo estando de cadeiras de rodas e sem comer. Cheguei em casa pior do que quando fui para lá. Com fraqueza e vômito. Pelo menos a dermatologista do plantão foi atenciosa. Em geral o atendimento é péssimo .
Worst hospital I've ever been to in my life.
I have a 2nd degree burn in an extension area.
I arrived at the emergency room at approximately 10:00 am with a lot of pain. I had a delay in being attended because the system was bad, they gave me medication, in the area of medication, many employees were talking about a delay to medicate. There was nothing topical on my burn and I said I needed a dermatologist urgently. My husband personally went upstairs and he was not allowed to schedule the appointment in person. They directed me to the phone which I called 10 times. There was a call that I waited 14 minutes and when someone answered, I dropped the call. So they only managed to get me to the dermatologist when I called the police. I was attended at approximately 17:00 in the afternoon. No preference even being in wheelchairs and not eating. I got home worse than when I went there. With weakness and vomiting. At least the dermatologist on duty was helpful. In general, the service is terrible.

Rapidez para fazer o exame achei até estranho, pois demorou do atendimento até a execução do exame 2:30.... muito diferente da burocracia da Porto Dias.
Banheiros limpos, maquinários novos e de qualidade, bem sinalizados os corredores, elevadores funcionando perfeitamente.

I thought it was strange to take the exam quickly, as it took a long time from attending the exam until 2:30 am ... very different from the Porto Dias bureaucracy.
Clean bathrooms, new and quality machinery, well-signaled corridors, elevators working perfectly.

Eu gosto muito deste hospital, sempre que vou me consultar ou marcar exames sempre deu super certo. O médico que me atende Dr. Fancinaldo sempre acessível e excelente médico. Temos só que nos atentar que lá marcamos dia da consulta o horário é por ordem de chegada.
I just made an appointment and the waiting time was not even 5 minutes, I was attended to and booked my appointment. I really like this hospital, whenever I go to see myself or schedule exams, it has always worked out really well. The doctor who attends me Dr. Fancinaldo, always accessible and excellent doctor. We just have to bear in mind that we schedule the appointment there, the time is in order of arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo e extremamente lento. No meio de uma onda de covid e gripe apenas DOIS MÉDICOS atendendo a emergência e por momentos APENAS UM. Meu marido chegou passando mal e esperou 3 horas para ser atendido, mais 1 hora pra ser medicado e mais 1 hora pra receber um mísero atestado. No final ainda pagamos 50 REAIS de estacionamento! Nunca mais botamos o pé neste hospital.
Terrible service and extremely slow. In the midst of a wave of covid and flu, only TWO DOCTORS attending the emergency and for a moment ONLY ONE. My husband arrived feeling sick and waited 3 hours to be seen, another 1 hour to be medicated and another 1 hour to receive a measly certificate. In the end we still paid 50 reais for parking! We never set foot in this hospital again.
