A médica se negou a passar uma receita para a criança que estava com a garganta inflamada e afirmou que só poderia aplicar uma medicação no próprio hospital, que custava mais de 500 reais. Além disso, a médica ficou com nojo da criança e "examinou-a" sem sequer tocá-la.
 Lousy service. The doctor refused to give a prescription to the child who had a sore throat and said she could only apply a medication at the hospital itself, which cost more than 500 reais. In addition, the doctor was disgusted by the child and "examined" it without even touching it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Não estou avaliando a clínica Sobaby e sim seus funcionários) Gosto muito do atendimento da clínica, porém hoje fiquei frustrado com tamanha falta de educação da funcionária. Estive hoje na Sobaby (06/05/2019), e ao chegar na porta de acesso, a mesma estava trancada, cheguei com meu filho por volta das 12:50, ao chamar, uma voz de dentro da recepção gritou que atendimento, só à partir das 13h, até então td tranquilo, até pq poderiam estar no horário de almoço, fui para a recepção da emergência, onde fiquei aguardando dar o horário de 13h. Quando deu 13h, retornei a porta da recepção e a mesma estava trancada, chamei novamente e meu filho visualizou pela fresta da porta, uma das atendentes vindo em direção a porta, ela simplesmente destrancou a porta e deu as costas! Minha indignação é ? o que custava a mesma abrir a porta? Achei uma baita falta de educação por parte dela! Infelizmente não consegui ver o nome no crachá, tinham 3 atendentes, uma morena escura, não foi essa, tinha uma mais alta, com um sinal na testa, tbm não foi essa, foi a terceira att que teve total falta de educação...

I was in Sobaby today (06/05/2019), and when I arrived at the access door, it was locked, I arrived with my son around 12:50, when I called, a voice from inside the reception shouted that service, only from 13h, until then td quiet, until they could be at lunch, I went to the emergency reception, where I waited to give the time of 13h. When it was 1 pm, I returned the door to the reception and it was locked, I called again and my son visualized through the crack of the door, one of the attendants coming towards the door, she simply unlocked the door and turned away! My indignation is how much it cost to open the door? I found her to be very poorly educated! Unfortunately I could not see the name on the badge, had 3 attendants, a dark brunette, was not this, had a higher, with a signal on the forehead, tbm was not that, was the third att who had total lack of education ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei a consulta de minha filha particular, mas tive atendimento de hospital público, além da consulta (150,00) e exames básicos de sangue e urina (50,00) eles cobram tudo, me cobraram 470,00 reais pra colocar minha filha no soro, claro que não aceitei, aqui vc vem procurar atendimento médico para seu filho e sai falido e sem um rim. Não recomendo. Só dei uma estrela porque não tem como comentar sem fazer isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, fui ontem com a minha filha de 5 meses. Cheguei lá 22:30h deu 00:40h e não fui atendido! Falta de respeito com as pessoas tá pior que o SUS! E isso não a primeira vez não.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na recepção, agendei consulta para meu filho com dra Vanessa e fiquei 1 hora aguardando minha vez e a recepção disse que meu plano não tinha liberado porque o cadastro da Dra Vanessa é como gastro pediatra e o plano não libera esse atendimento para recém-nascido!! E para quê me agendou??! Já não sabiam antes? Eu pedi para falar com a administração e ela disse q n tinha ninguém lá.. eu não recomendo a ninguém, a todo momento senti a indiferença por parte da moça da recepção, a todo momento dizendo que começou hoje lá e que não tem culpa mas deixou escapar que já tinha visto isso acontecer direto e que a culpa era das meninas da marcação da agenda.. minha experiência foi a pior possível!!! Estou de resguardo, sai só porque era primeira consulta do bebê e me fazem uma dessas e ainda gastei com estacionamento!! Sem noção demais essa desorganização de vcs..
ACRESCIMO DE AVALIAÇÃO:
Logo após a minha reclamação a equipe da So baby entrou em contato comigo e remarcamos o atendimento. A atendente que me atendeu de forma grosseira não estava lá.A dra Vanessa é uma excelente médica.
eu acredito que todos tem o direito de errar é por isso que dei uma segunda chance e voltei a clinica para a consulta, o importante é reconhecer e corrigir os erros. Espero que continuem assim, buscando solucionar os erros e atender bem as pessoas.
Lousy service at the reception, I scheduled an appointment for my son with Dr. Vanessa and I was waiting for my turn for 1 hour and the reception said that my plan had not been released because Dr. Vanessa's registration is as a gastro pediatrician and the plan does not release this service for newborns. born!! And why did you schedule me ??! Didn't you know before? I asked to speak to the administration and she said that there was no one there .. I do not recommend it to anyone, at all times I felt indifference on the part of the reception girl, all the time saying that it started there today and that it is not our fault but left escape that I had already seen it happen directly and that it was the girls' fault for setting the agenda .. my experience was the worst possible !!! EVALUATION ADDITION:
Soon after my complaint, the So baby team contacted me and we rescheduled the service. The attendant who rudely attended to me was not there. Dr. Vanessa is an excellent doctor.
I believe that everyone has the right to make mistakes, that's why I gave a second chance and went back to the clinic for the consultation, the important thing is to recognize and correct the errors. I hope that they continue to do so, seeking to resolve errors and serve people well.
