★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo! Agora a colocação do gesso é horrível. Fui com meu pé doendo e cheguei em casa tava horrível! O gesso furando no local que estava doendo.
 The service is great! Now the placement of the plaster is horrible. I went with my foot hurting and I got home it was horrible! The plaster sticking where it hurt.

Estive neste local para cirurgia da minha esposa, em relação ao médico e sua equipe tudo perfeito, mas em relação ao local em si deixa muito a desejar ainda mais por ser um hospital referência na questão de ortopedia. Destaco que não tem enfermeira no posto de enfermagem. Os enfermeiros parecem aprendiz ou estagiários (percebi falta de habilidade e destreza no trato). A estrutura física antiga e equipamentos também, por exemplo maca com pontos de ferrugem, lençóis e fronhas com machas (tipo sangue) pedi pra trocar mais de uma vez e ainda continuou a vir...isso na sala de pré e pós cirurgia. A
Sala de pré e pós há várias camas (umas 8) separadas por uma cortina ,deixando a desejar a privacidade do paciente e acompanhante. Além de alguns pacientes terem em seu espaço tv e outros não. Nessa sala só há um único banheiro. Destaco tb que os suportes da parede para colocação de álcool estavam vazios. Só serviram alimento ao paciente. E pior nem agua ao acompanhante. Espero que atribuam a crítica construtiva.

I emphasize that there is no nurse at the nursing station. Nurses seem to be apprentices or interns (I noticed a lack of skill and dexterity in dealing). The old physical structure and equipment too, for example stretcher with rust spots, sheets and pillowcases with stains (blood type) I asked to change more than once and still continued to come ... this in the pre and post surgery room. Pre and post room there are several beds (about 8) separated by a curtain, leaving the privacy of the patient and companion to be desired. In addition to some patients having tv in their space and others not. In this room there is only one bathroom. I also highlight that the wall supports for placing alcohol were empty. They only served food to the patient. Even worse is no water for the companion. I hope you attribute constructive criticism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, demorei um pouco em entrar em contato mas, finalmente hoje vos escrevo para notificar que minha mãe fez o procedimento de histeroscopia no dia 02/07/2021 através da equipe do Centro de Endometriose e Histeroscopia (CEHP). Foi entregue a enfermeira que fez o procedimento do acesso uma lista das substancias que minha mãe é alérgica, ficamos tranquilas que nenhum medicamento contido na lista seria administrado. Um dos médicos da equipe receitou um analgésico, como estávamos confiantes que tinham se atentado à lista, ela fez uso do primeiro comprimido e logo em seguida já apresentou reação alérgica. Suspendemos o uso, é claro e ela tomou o antialérgico passado pelo alergologista, pois, ela também tem sensibilidade a alguns antialérgicos também. Isso aconteceu na sexta a noite (02/07/2021) a alergia durou até a quarta ou quinta (07/07/2021). Foi muito grave! Ela ficou com os olhos muito inchados, depois ficaram vermelhos, lacrimejando e remelando. Se houve falha na comunicação ou seja lá o que foi custou essa reação/perturbação na saúde da minha mãe. E se algo mais grave acontecesse???? Isso por si só já foi um erro sério. Felizmente o prejuízo foi relativamente pequeno.
Good afternoon, it took me a while to get in touch, but finally today I am writing to notify you that my mother underwent the hysteroscopy procedure on 07/02/2021 through the team at the Endometriosis and Hysteroscopy Center (CEHP). The nurse who performed the access procedure was given a list of the substances my mother is allergic to, we were assured that none of the medications on the list would be administered. One of the team's doctors prescribed a painkiller, as we were confident that they had paid attention to the list, she used the first pill and soon after had an allergic reaction. We discontinued use, of course, and she took the anti-allergy medication given by the allergist, because she is also sensitive to some anti-allergics as well. This happened on Friday night (07/02/2021) the allergy lasted until Wednesday or Thursday (07/07/2021). It was very serious! She had very swollen eyes, then they turned red, watering and smearing. If there was a failure in communication or whatever it was, this reaction/disorder in my mother's health cost. What if something more serious happened???? That in itself was a serious mistake. Fortunately the damage was relatively small.

I have always been very well attended, from consultations, exams and surgery. Hospital facilities are good, attentive staff, surgery done on time. Nothing to complain about.

ME SENTI 100% EM UM HOSPITAL DO SUS, OS ATENDENTES SÃO TODOS MAU HUMORADOS E ANTIPÁTICOS, SEM FALAR NA FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO E HABILIDADES DE SUAS FUNÇÕES.
FOI A PRIMEIRA E ÚLTIMA VEZ NESTE LUGAR...
EVERYTHING HORRIBLE, BUT EVERYTHING.
THE ONLY THING I HAVE TO PRAISE IS ABOUT DR. LAFAETE(HE IS A SUPERMEDICAL AND WONDERFUL), BUT THE OTHER THINGS ABOUT HOSPITAL SOS MÃO AND ORTHOPEDIA ARE TERRIBLE, A DECAY IN EVERYTHING, POOR IN EVERYTHING. I FELT 100% IN A SUS HOSPITAL, THE ASSISTANTS ARE ALL BUMBLE-MOODED AND UNPATHIC, NOT TALKING ABOUT THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND SKILLS IN THEIR FUNCTIONS.
IT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME IN THIS PLACE...
