Começando pelo telefone que ninguém atendeu, depois fomos ao hospital de uber e chegando lá além de não ter ninguém pra nos orientar na recepção, descobrimos que não realizavam o procedimento que precisavamos e nos indicaram um outro hospital que não atendia o convênio.
Atendimento péssimo.
Unfortunately our experience was bad.
Starting with the phone that no one answered, then we went to the hospital by uber and getting there, in addition to not having anyone to guide us at the reception, we discovered that they did not perform the procedure we needed and we were referred to another hospital that did not meet the agreement.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo bagunçado! Os funcionarios acham q tão em casa, conversando alto, rindo, até comemoração de aniversário na sala da ultra teve. E eu aguardando ser chamado há 1h pra um ultrassom do joelho. Qnd peguei a ficha, só me chamaram depois q reclamei, os recepcionistas tavam batendo papo! Pra ter ideia, o lactário, a sala de ultrassom e a farmácia são no mesmo pequeno corredor! Um cabaré, só não me senti no SUS pq tinha ar condicionado.
All messed up! Employees think they are at home, talking loudly, laughing, even celebrating a birthday in the ultrasound room. And I've been waiting to be called for an hour for a knee ultrasound. When I got the card, they only called me after I complained, the receptionists were chatting! To give you an idea, the lactary, the ultrasound room and the pharmacy are in the same small hallway! A cabaret, I just didn't feel like I was in SUS because it had air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto à parte de maternidade, senti esforço da equipe, mas também percebi que se sentiram impotentes frente a um problema recorrente: temperatura. As enfermarias sofrem com problema de configuração: um lado sempre é bem mais frio que outro (ex.: Se tem divisão A, B e C, o "B" fica debaixo do ar-condicionado). Minha bebê teve o azar de ficar na região mais fria, gerando maior obstrução nasal e incômodo (a temperatura parece ser focada em agradar adultos; não bebês). Ao usuário que ler esta mensagem: fique atento onde você ficará e tente levar mantos extras.
As for the maternity part, I felt the team's effort, but I also noticed that they felt powerless in the face of a recurring problem: temperature. The wards suffer from a configuration problem: one side is always much colder than the other (eg, if there is division A, B and C, "B" is under the air conditioning). My baby was unlucky enough to be in the coldest region, causing more nasal obstruction and discomfort (temperature seems to be focused on pleasing adults, not babies). To the user who reads this message: be aware of where you will be and try to take extra cloaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota 0 para emergência pediátrica. Chegamos 5 da manhã, são 8:30 e estamos aguardando ainda . Sala lotada, sem cadeiras e funcionários suficientes para atendimento. Concentraram os serviços de emergência pediátrica aqui , mas esqueceram de oferecer a estrutura para os serviços. Filas gigantescas, demoras extensas, crianças além de doentes, incômodadas com fome, demora e espaço inadequado. Procedimentos que deveriam ser simples, como a inclusão de retorno para o atendimento pós exames, tornaram -se um tormento para quem está aguardando. Honestamente essa instituição esqueceu do seu principal objetivo e o porque contratamos os seus serviços. Cansada com esse descaso !
Grade 0 for pediatric emergency. We arrived at 5 am, it is 8:30 am and we are still waiting. Crowded room, not enough chairs and staff to attend. They concentrated pediatric emergency services here, but they forgot to provide the structure for the services. Gigantic lines, long delays, children as well as sick, uncomfortable with hunger, delay and inadequate space. Procedures that should be simple, such as the inclusion of return for post-exam care, have become a torment for those who are waiting. Honestly, this institution forgot its main objective and why we hired its services. Tired of this neglect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pela manhã fui na emergência pediátrica com minha bebê de 1 ano e 3 meses. Ela vomitando, 30 crianças na frente, eu com crise de hérnia de disco, sem poder segura-la no colo. Mandaram meu esposo esperar do lado de fora pq só podia um acompanhante. Ele em pé no calor com ela e eu toda hora entrando pra ver se ela havia sido chamada. Fui embora tomar banho, pois ela vomitou em mim. Voltei no início da tarde e mesmo mostrando que já havia feito o pré atendimento pela as 11:00 horas da manhã, a atendente disse que eu entraria na fila novamente. O segurança ainda veio pedir pra meu esposo se retirar mesmo com várias cadeiras vagas. Um absurdo. Pagamos caríssimo pela rede aberta e estamos sem opção, pois a Unimed rompeu com outros hospitais, e não está dando conta da demanda.
This morning I went to the pediatric emergency with my 1 year and 3 month old baby. She was vomiting, 30 children in front, me with a herniated disc, unable to hold her on my lap. My husband was told to wait outside because there was only one companion. Him standing in the heat with her and me going in all the time to see if she had been called. I left to take a shower because she threw up on me. I returned in the early afternoon and even showing that I had already done the pre-service at 11:00 am, the attendant said that I would get in line again. The security even came to ask my husband to leave even with several vacant chairs. An absurdity. We pay dearly for the open network and we have no option, as Unimed broke with other hospitals, and is not meeting the demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e a esposa levamos nossa bebê de pouco mais de um ano à emergência pediátrica, chegando lá, susto! Decepção! O espaço é pequeno, subdimensionado para os clientes que o plano capta, havia pelo menos 30 crianças na frente. Falaram que somente um de nós poderia permanecer no ambiente, explicamos que a esposa não estava podendo carregar a bebê, mas estava amamentando-a, disseram que o tempo médio para nossa filha ser atendida era de 2 horas. Tivemos que nos revezar, esperar do lado de fora pq só podia um acompanhante, sol de lascar, sem bancos suficientes para espera, enfim CAOS! Nota zero para atendimento ao público, ainda mais em se tratando de crianças. UNIMED NATAL ZERO, seus gestores são PÉSSIMOS! Pagamos caríssimo pela rede aberta e estamos sem opção, pois a Unimed rompeu com outros hospitais, e não está dando conta da demanda. Não recomendo!!!??????
My wife and I took our little over one year old baby to the pediatric emergency, when we got there, scare! Disappointment! The space is small, undersized for the customers the plan captures, there were at least 30 kids in front. They said that only one of us could stay in the environment, we explained that the wife was not able to carry the baby, but was breastfeeding her, they said that the average time for our daughter to be seen was 2 hours. We had to take turns, wait outside because there could only be one companion, the sun was shining, not enough benches to wait, in short, CHAOS! Zero score for customer service, especially when it comes to children. UNIMED NATAL ZERO, your managers are TERRIBLE! We pay dearly for the open network and we have no option, as Unimed broke with other hospitals, and is not meeting the demand. Do not recommend!!!??????
