★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado, mesmo com poucas pessoas. Eu sempre tenho experiencias ruins pq me encaminham toda vez pro mesmo medico, q é um senhor idoso que nem olha pra minha cara (esse cara inclusive ja me receitou remedios muito mais pesados do que eu precisava).
Long service, even with few people. I always have bad experiences because they refer me every time to the same doctor, who is an elderly gentleman who does not even look at my face (this guy even prescribed me much heavier remedies than I needed).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles resolvem o problema... mas melhor mesmo é não precisar. Uns minutos para quem está esperando um atendimento de urgência parecem uma eternidade, não é mesmo? Mas de todo modo, o hospital está muito bem localizado, pertinho do centro, é muito amplo, com boa estrutura e organização.
They solve the problem ... but it is better not to need it. A few minutes for those who are waiting for an emergency call seems like an eternity, right? But in any case, the hospital is very well located, close to the center, it is very large, with good structure and organization.

É a terceira vez que eu vou ou alguem da minha familia vai ao hospital e o medico fala que nao sabe o que temos meu filho com febre de 38 graus estou dando remedio de 6 em 6 horas o medico quase sufocou ele pra olhar a garganta e disse nao ter nada sendo que ele faz careta quando vai engolir e nao esta comendo mandou voltar na segunda caso a febre persistir para fazer exame e ainda logo na chegada a atendente foi grossa. Agente paga plano caro pra isso?
It was terrible! It's the third time I go or someone in my family goes to the hospital and the doctor says he doesn't know what we have my son with a fever of 38 degrees I'm giving medicine every 6 hours the doctor almost choked him to look at his throat and he said he has nothing since he grimaces when he's going to swallow and isn't eating he sent him back in the second case the fever persists for testing and even on arrival the attendant was rude. Agent pays expensive plan for this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe está internada por uma cirurgia vascular, e nenhum técnico de enfermagem higienizou a mão com álcool ou com água e sabão, tanto na entrada e na saída, puncionaram, avp com luvas, mas não higinizaram as mãos, estou chocada. Como pode ser ona com esse tipo de atendimento.
Fizeram as medicações sem passar álcool so injetor.lateral do equipo.
Estou com muito medo de como.cuidam dos.pacientes , se isso foi com minha mãe, fico imaginando com os outras pessoas.
Minha perdeu o.avp e queriam por o.mesmo polifix, todo sujo no novo acesso
Aí pedi para.trocar.
Não.sei se não são.treinados ou se não se importam, Difícil
Sugiro auditoria de processos.para.melhor atendimento técnico, não basta ser educado,.tem que ter conhecimento.
