Passei diversas noites como acompanhante e todas as equipes tinham os mesmos procedimentos: atenciosos, educados, atentos e principalmente, tratavam meu pai com dignidade e humanidade. No dia da consulta, pela qual já estava marcada, a atendente disse que a médica estava com suspeita da Covid e ligariam para mim para remarcar, peguntei se não haveria um médico substituto para os atendimentos e foi informado que não. Estou no aguardo desta ligação e isso já faz umas 3 semanas. Tem sido tudo muito difícil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com minha mãe na emergência da Unimed Volta Redonda em Angra dos Reis desde as 05:00 da manhã. O exame de sangue deu uma leucocitose (14.000), mas fui informada pelo médico que eles não fazem antibiótico em paciente na emergência, somente em paciente internado. Ela tem 86 anos e veio para cá por estar com diarréia e vômito, é diabética e hipertensa. Chegou aqui com glicemia de 236 e pressão de 90x60. Fez exame de sangue e tomografia e a única medicação feita até agora, às 15:19, foram 2 frascos de ringer lactato e está começando o segundo de soro fisiológico, ou seja, até agora ela só fez hidratação, a pressão continua baixa. Agora estão falando que ela está com covid-19, segundo o médico a tomografia apresentou uma imagem compatível, mas não farão teste, ela está saturando 95/96%, querem transferir para uma uti. Tive de pedir ao meu marido para comprar o antibiótico, caso contrário ela não tomará enquanto estiver aqui.

Agora, às 17:00h, após 12 horas na emergência falaram que ela vai internar para tomar antibiótico enquanto espera a ambulância para transferência... Só que ela já tomou o antibiótico que eu comprei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na Unimed litoral é muito demorado só tem um pediatra muita demanda de criança e um pediatra fiquei esperando com minha filha pequena mais de 3 horas pra ser atendida pelo pediatra espero que melhore.
The service at Unimed coastal is very time consuming, there is only one pediatrician with a lot of demand for children and a pediatrician I was waiting with my young daughter for more than 3 hours to be seen by the pediatrician, I hope she gets better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim e espero que alguém tome as devidas medidas ,pq chegamos pegamos senha ,fomos atendidos no balcão, já estávamos a 40 minutos esperando .E muito tempo depois ,chegou uma outra criança . E foi atendida na frente de Valentina. Questionado o pq disso ficaram sem reação e em seguida mandaram Valentina, pra triagem de área de risco . Enquanto a outra criança era atendida . Na hora que pagamos o plano .pagamos em dia .E é este o devido tratamento que merecemos .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao hospital com meu esposo , ambos passando mal , e com minha bebê de 4 meses , chegamos às 13:50 e saímos as 18hrs. Demoramos mais de uma hora para passar só na recepção, e horas para liberarem um exame simples de PCR por alegaram que o plano não cobria o exame, sendo que na verdade o sistema deles estava indisponível para consulta. Cada atendente da recepção tinha uma informação diferente e desencontrada , ficamos pra lá e pra cá ,e ligando do nosso próprio telefone verificamos que não havia impedimentos para a não realização do exame e só então realizamos o mesmo. Ao final , já estávamos doentes, saímos de lá extremamente exaustos. Não recomendo, ambiente extremamente desorganizado , com pessoas sem preparo e cuidado para atendimento , e como ainda estão em obras o transtorno e barulho é ainda maior. Tem muito para melhorar

In the end, we were already sick, we left there extremely exhausted. I do not recommend, extremely disorganized environment, with people without preparation and care for service, and as they are still under construction, the inconvenience and noise is even greater.
